- Jared Verse started off as an undersized high school football player with only one Division 1 offer from UAlbany until he put in the work during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic to become one of the best defensive ends in the country. This is his story.

The transfer portal rules didn't effect him because under the old rules he could have still transferred and played right away since he was switching FBS levels. So why are they attributing the new transfer rules to the reason why he was able to go to Florida State???😮
