Just found this video. Liked and SUBSCRIBED. Getting fitted July 15th. Havent played regularly since 2007. Currently own TM TourBurners. Probably a 15 hcp now, but my goal is SINGLE DIGITS first, then fine tune towards zero. Ultimately, become good enough to compete in some amateur tourneys.
Anybody can call up and schedule a fitting. My first was Master's week 2019 at Reynold's Plantation Kingdom in Ga. My second was 2021 at Carlsbad. Top notch facility with top notch fitters. Anytime you are close to either do yourself a favor and schedule a fitting.
At 3:20... So cool to see... The second name down on the page is Chris Swinhart who was the PGA Head Pro I worked under for many years at Thorncreek in Colorado. Unfortunately he passed in November 2020. He is forever enshrined ⛳️
Still believe "it's the indian not the arrow" is true to a point, especially when it comes to drivers. Tested new clubs and my 09 burner still keeps up 10 years later.
But I don’t think it’s a question of you hitting better on your 09 burner. If you’re of standard size and proportion you’ll be generally fine with standard clubs and then yes, new golf tech will be marginal for you. Another thing to realize is ALL of this is marginal but for professionals competing on the order of strokes over many rounds those margins are important. Also if you are of non standard proportions ill fitted clubs will work but you could likely play better if you didn’t have to fight your clubs. So yes. It’s the Indian not the arrow. If you shit then you’re still gonna be shit but if you’re good then some people want to shave margins.
Hope you enjoy the new gear. As you play more with the new clubs, you will get the distance back. Your 6-iron should get close to what your old set was after the gapping session you showed us at the end. Lastly, trash that golf bag...it has lived its life.
How good could we be if we all had access to such technology and expertise at prices we could afford? Not only can’t we afford this level of accommodation, but it’s not even available to us.
Eric was talking about now he'll know what to hit, wedge or easy 9. Build a good yardage book and you'll have many options from any distance said a wise pro. Remembered that it was something Trevino told an assigned caddie who told him it was a 7 iron to the green. Trevino asks again how far it is and the guy says 170. Trevino from that spot hit a 5 wood down to a 7 iron and put them all on the green. He tells the caddie, tell me how far it is and I'll decide what I'm going to hit.
Hey Eric, Great video brother! I am curious how much would you estimate the entire fitting process would cost along with all the Clubs? If you could give a estimate would be greatly appreciated.
Erik Anders Lang ahhhh... i see. Makes sense. I seen them when you were showing the new sticks and I was like whoa, is this dude gaming graphite shafts in his wedges only?! Lol 😂 🤣
Yeah I was team taylormade for 16 years...13 clubs in the bag for 16 years and had my m1 crack in a tournament and they told me to kick rocks so I left in 2019...I truly wish I was still taylormade exclusive but after spending 20k with them and being that loyal for them to treat me that way over 1 club yeah that’s bullshit
I would for Taylormade to sponsor me, what would they get in return, an old fart golfer who plays 4 times a week, a no name golfer who would proudly carry his TM bag, i would brag to my mates about great TM is. Now how could you resist this.
Love the guy at 1:53 trying to hide the Nike box!
Threw it like a boss!
pretty sure it was empty
haha
nice to see how much he appreciates the experience
I've watched this 3/4 times! This is your best vid on YT. I'm a TaylorMade man & I belong at the Kingdom!

golf007sd2 yep that's exactly what's happened - had my best round of last two years yesterday! Getting dialed!

Jean Aeschlimann Thank you for the information. I really appreciate it.
Hey Erik! What kind of bag is that? Your green one
What i would give to do that
AS IF you asked Chris Trott, The Director of Taylormades global tours and the no1 go to guy for all their tour pros “Do you work here?” 😭😭😭😭😭
@Star Sea Erik or Trot?
“They’re all in the hole my guy!”
Was that graphite shafts in the wedges?
The Outdoorsman no, tour issue dg s400 black - reduces glare

It looks like your irons are steel shaft but the wedges are graphite?
They are blacked out Dynamic Gold Tour Issue Shafts.
That KingdomTaylormade fitting site is very close to the ocean so the ball is not going to fly as far as some places.
how much did all that cost ?
I mean, Bryson did get more speed by swinging harder. Didn’t he?
He went from 138 to 146.6
did taylormade force to repost this video?
What putter?
Nice gear Chris trott speak with a normal cadence

So why show this as it’s no use to the actual weekend player who go to local stores for fittings and is nothing like this at all
Don't watch it then
