Yes. Every Ineffeciency (FVG,WICKS) even Order blocks if you're looking to filter out buy setups using those Pd arrays for discount, the most sensitive areas where you need to be looking for your buy setup are the upper quadrant and C.E price points.

Ict called it that because for any inefficiency if we are to seek Higher prices when price revisits it again, its consequential in price to trade to it half way as it grabs liquidity before continue going higher. Also if price doesn't reach the C.E of that particular inefficiency it shows Bullish strength that inefficiency holds to push price.

I think you are right about consuming ICT videos.I was guilty i watched most of his video i wrote notes etc and i think i am in very good understanding however when i apply to my trading if i have some losses i lose my belief on that and i go to consume on that again if i miss something

Irrespective of Michael's OCD and his need to rant, I think he's done a disservice to his followers by not keeping his videos shorter and to the point (4 hour videos? Really?). Fortunately, there are many others (MMXM, TTrades, Sir Pickle come to mind) that break his concepts down into easily understandable bite size videos.

For me personally, ICT isn't for beginners, when I was a beginner for instance, I watched one or 2 of his videos and switched off like "wtf is this guy saying?!" 2+ years later I went back and I started to understand him more, but that was because of the prior experiences I had trading other strategies, today I trade more ICT concepts than any other, but I still sprinkle my own personality and language that I gathered along the way before I got to him, I reckon you're the same way
