@@NowinLao Hey Todd any chance of getting in touch with Paul as I live in the same neck of woods and would like to meet him and shout him a beer or 2 if he's up for it? 😀😀
I have actually ran out of superlatives to say about what you do, Todd! There's just to many words in the dictionary that I have already used. All I'm going to say is The Road Warrior Kid, I wish he really could speak to you. I'm pretty sure with all this encouragement he may just.
You guys will remember this experience for the rest of your lives , helping these needy people. The 96 year old man giving you his keep sake. A moment in you life captured so well on video. Harriet and I watched this video and it brought tears to our eyes, Thank You for sharing it with us. Sending Best wishes and Good Health🙏🙏 Jim and Harriet
The reasoning for their multi garden including flowering roses etc.. it to care for their most valuable crop tenders... bees. Whom ever guided them taught them knew the best practices to growing a year around healthy garden fruit vegs flowering plants... a well rounded group that cares for one another.. nature must be balanced to survive.
The story about how he met his wife and her four kids, the dance, moving etc... is the richest content. This video and what you all are doing is the best content on YT. Thanks so much.
Todd, you and your family are truly showing us how to live on this earth. Your good deeds of love and caring for those in need are what we all should do. Liked how you closed this particular video by thanking your UA-cam followers. What a fine gentleman you are.
Wow such a powerful moving blog, totally admire the difference you try to make on your travels. Wish I could relocate and experience such a beautiful area of the world. Best wishes to you all
Hi, I'm Brazilian. I watch your videos and I think they're really cool. congratulations on your attitude. I think it's really nice that you help those most in need. I WANT TO VISIT LAOS ONE DAY. AND MAYBE YOU KNOW YOUR RESTAURANT. GOD BLESSES
Hope that it helps! I'd like to offer the idea of an low,,offroad wheelchair? Geared so that he could wheel up or down to the village,,if he could be taught to use the side of the road. There are electric ones that are 5000 bucks but someone would have to be taught to care for it,,and set up a solar charger for the lithium batteries. I think it would be cost prohibitive. Take care and safe trip home,,probably already there. Mina ❤❤❤ bug prolly misses her papa. Ttyl,,,Marlon
All parts of the hibiscus plant are edible. In fact the flower is quite common for tea or to add tartness to a dish. I just bought a bag of dried hibiscus’s here in the states.
Great Job Todd and the team which you managed to assemble. The whole village is benefitting from your visit to them. The gratitude of the villagers is evident in their faces and the fact that the old man wanted to give back something in return speaks volumes. The little boy was so happy that people had the time to give him some attention and he certainly loved Orade. God bless you all for your incredible efforts and God bless each and everyone of those villagers who have benefitted so much from your endeavours. Love to Neenee and Mina back home too. 😀❤🙏
Thanks for your interest. Todd has already stated that he thinks knee pads are a good idea. I thought about redoing a pair that I had and giving them a try. I decided that they would not hold up very long and I also thought that Yeh would probably not like them. Possibly padded gloves with the fingers cut off. Yeh does tend to wear oversized long sleeve shits that protect his hands. We gave them some oversized long-sleeve shirts. Todd will be bringing a low cart so that others can take him around. I'm hoping that his desire for independent travel will be cut down thus saving his knees. Todd, Maybe you can find something that might work when you are in Australia. Skip
Awesome project you've got going there Todd. Big thanks to all involved for making a small part of Lao much more pkeasant fir your little road warrior mate. There's still a lot of good things happening in the world but doesn't get much publicity. ATVB for all concerned. Bushyboy Oz.
Great video Todd, amazing and truly heart warming work you are doing, but I want to give a special shout out Paul Ratanavong your a top bloke. I hope you read this Paul or it can be passed on to you somehow as I also live in your area near the Hume HWY and would love to shout you a beer or 2 if you drink that is? Anyway hope this comment finds you as I'm serious. Take care all to those involved in the video.
you know why you're getting such good pricing on the rooms? .... The good you do comes back to you. You were talking about the Hmong in Minnesota, there is a Hmong church about 3 city blocks from my home. Always busy on Sunday... I have not been invited in as of yet. I do have a few friends I've met over the years who are Hmong. Always smiles, makes one feel good.
Love the help you are giving to the little fella. Was thinking gloves, Hand cups and knee guards like what carpet layers use4could be of benefit, tro stop mhim scraping himself?
Thank you team! Even the 96 year old grandpa has great teeth🎉 perhaps it’s because they don’t eat cookies or drink soda. By the way, do they recycle plastic packaging and soda cans?
Hey Todd, Just curiosity! Where did you stay during this recon tour to the Hmong village? Was there a suitable accommodation nearby? Thank you for what you do! Cheers, Oly

He so skinny and not washed
I was going to ask why you're breathing so heavy but I changed my mind. 😁

My secret to long life is exercise and drink beer 🍺
Does lifting the beer mug count as exercise?
