This BROKE My Snapmaker 2.0! What Was My Experience?

Today I am going over what it's like to have a broken Snapmaker 2.0 A350. One of the linear modules on the Y-axis stopped working recently. So I had to contact the Snapmaker Support team and see what could be done about it. Here is the journey about it and how long things took to be finalized and ship.
