Know what else there is is a completely beter version the Perseus
Two other cool things:
1. If you release the springs on the mag with the cover off it becomes a frag bomb.
2. You can slide a Mega dart into the mag cover and shoot it. This essentially transforms it from an LMG to a railgun. It shoots Mega darts farther then the Rival rounds.

They could have a super leet sniper barrel by putting flywheels or some other mech in the actual barrel area.

Just bought the Rival Atlas, and so far it's my favorite Rival blaster out of the Rival series. The Khaos is a really great blaster, just a bit hesitant to buy it right now.

@Tomi Lahtinen, meanwhile in the rival line... 200 $ nerf gun out now with a white paint job, also comes with 200 rounds to fire in a chamber that can fit actually 210! This blaster also uses batteries and has one of the hardest round shots any nerf rival gun has! Gun also comes with mount and team clips to clip on to the blaster to tell what team your on!

Try to tag someone by loading the magazine and then pressing the pin without closing the door on top
I never knew I need to hear coop go “NRRRRRRR” until now
Khaos owner here. Good review but something I would add is that a modded khaos has a significantly longer delay between when you pull the trigger and when a round pops out than a modded radpidstrike. It's still only a fraction of a second but it's something that could make a difference in a more intense fight.
My dream is if they take one of the 4 mag things and they one day make a realistic handgun were you put the mag in the handle like a real handgun and would blowback too

Love the review. I want to switch to using one of these as my primary, but I don't want to buy a $70 blaster unless Nerf starts selling the 40-round magazines separately. I want to have at least two spare magazines in addition to the magazine that comes with the blaster ... I just don't want to have to buy three blasters.
I kinda like the way it fed from the back column first, then proceeded forward, despite the way they -could- all feed at once.

If you want to carry multiple Khaos Mags, you can use a shell pouch from Walmart, works for me to hold 4 of them, or 2 and extra loose ammo
My friend is 13 years old and he said that the khaos grip and stock is very comfortable for him to use.

Other than in price the khaos wins. Khaos has the biggest stock (single magazine) capacity of any nerf brand blaster.

I threw a 30c 2200MAH 3s Lipo in mine and it made this much lighter and turned it into a ball hose, and I don't need to shake it to get it to fire correctly like a Nemesis, Perses, Prometheus, or even the Hyper line for that matter.
So glad I got this over those

I love the Nerf Khaos. I can usually sneak up on someone and rev up before I fire in close range. It does give you away when you fire from a distance and another enemy is near.

Would enjoy seeing a video on what off brand ammo work in the Khaos.
I've had jamming issues with some of the cheaper ones.
The Khaos is an awesome blaster but the nemesis has a better fire rate, larger capacity, and faster reloads. The hopper blasters kind of made the khaos obsolete.
Rate of fire is actually the same (4 rounds per second), and is more consistent in the Khaos.
Mags have VERY consistent feeding because they're spring-loaded. Hoppers like on the Nemesis don't load a consistent stream of rounds and rely on gravity.
Still, one hundred rounds is a lot more, and you'd need 3 mags or more to outmatch that.
Even though Khaos mags probably won't purchasable on their own, people might make 3d printed versions.

Is explanation at 3:38 is what I messed up when I was watching his rhino fire vid. When he said 6D batteries I thought he said sixty batteries
I remember watching this when it came out and I wanted a chaos ever since and I finally got one today five years later
Paint it black with some silver highlights (screws for example) maybe red in a place or two, add 3D printed muzzle brake (something like the one of an AK-74) and add an ammo counter _somewhere_
And bam,my dream blaster.

Hasbro could upgrade the ammo captivity to 50 balls
this mag could be used for a really cool burst rifle if a pusher arm pushed through all 4 slots at a time into fly wheels
The piece on the top of the mag can be loaded up with extra balls as well for a total capacity of 45

I wish the Nerf khaos actually had to sling points just because it is so heavy that you may as well carry over your shoulder while you are firing it
the biggest deal breaker for me with this, is that you can't buy the magazines separate, so when you run out of ammo, you need to be in cover for 5 minutes just slowly refilling it, 1 by 1

If you have a MOLLE style carrier a saw ammo drum pouch or an E tool pouch should fit the Khaos magazine perfectly.
