Everyone has a birthday! So stop buying overpriced birthday cards at the store and start making your own! In this video, I’ll share with you how quick and easy birthday cards can be to make. Follow my easy card layout, but mix and match the colors to customize it for the birthday person you are sending it to.
The Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Balloons stamp set is perfect for quick and easy birthday cards. You don’t need a lot of supplies to create these cards, but they sure turn out adorable! One stamp set, two ink colors, a pack of cardstock and a pack of designer series paper are all you need to create birthday cards for the year. I choose to use the Bright and Beautiful Designer Series Paper when designing these cards. This DSP pack is not only perfect for birthday cards but also for any time you want some fun, bright paper!
In addition to the one card I’m making for you in this video, I have four other cards I want to share where I used the same products plus the coordinating Beautiful Balloons dies. Just another reason I love this stamp set - the versatility! Make simple birthday cards, or “step them up” with a few more layers and some die-cutting! The ideas are endless.
Also… these cards are not only for birthdays. This stamp set and these card designs are perfect for any celebration!! And don’t forget to stamp the inside of the card and its envelope!
