@@elmatasesues3630 The proportions and overall looks tend to be better on recent Hasbro figures. Toybiz had those awful ball jointed shoulders and hips that stuck out too far, stupidly long arms on figures like Hulk and Juggernaut, no torso articulation on characters like Beast that desperately needed it, some awful head sculpts, and terrible female figures overall. Toybiz had great sculpted detail and paint apps, and INCREDIBLE BAFs. But I find myself replacing more and more of my original Toybiz Legends. The Series 2 Thing just doesn't stand up to the new one. Face Off Hulk and Captain America were redone with better, more realistic proportions. Toybiz made every male figure look like a super muscular Arnold body builder. With Hasbro, we have a nice variation. Like, Cyclops is ripped, but not super yoked like Captain America. Hasbro has been getting better at the game as well. Pinless joints, tons of accessories, and they make super obscure characters like Spymaster and Rock Python to round out every corner of the Marvel universe. The most recent Carnage figure has all of the paint and sculpt that the original Toybiz one had with better articulation. I feel like a lot of collectors are blinded by nostalgia of the old days, when in reality, Toybiz only made Legends for 5 years. Hasbro has had the license since 2007. Most of their early figures were really bad, I'll admit. But in the past 8 years, we have gotten some great stuff. Just my take on it, though. And at the $20-$25 price point, you can't beat it. Way better than anything DC has put out in the past twenty years. And the great thing about the Legends line is that they are made by fans for fans. Dwight and the entire Legends team are huge fans of Marvel, so a lot of passion goes into making the figures. Of course, Hasbro gives them a set budget, but they do some cool stuff with that budget. Matt another great video..always looking forward to watch your next one when it drops..I totally agree Dr. Doom is an excellent figure and should be in your collection..I just started collecting marvel legends I have war machine and apocalypse and I’m impressed by both of them..
I agree with most of this list.. though I side with the Walgreen's Thing. The only guys I don' t have off this list are Worthy Cap and Retro Spidey. With Cap it's because I don't do too many MCU guys if they've got comic book versions (I prefer Wolf Cap), and I have pizza Spidey so I skipped the retro. Completely agree with Dr. Doom taking the top spot. I even customed mine with a Diamond Select throne and some custom cloth goods stuff to give him a proper tunic and hood, cape with accents, and faux leather belt with holster.
I'll be getting out my large Marvel Legends collection and doing a video on it. Doing a documentation video on all my collections. Not sure what my top 10 are. I know Doctor Doom is in there for sure. I'll know when I dig out money collection
Bought the new Thing action figure early this year.. the box was in excellent condition but I decided to open it to actually play with it instead of keeping it sealed. 😁

I also think that 80yrs Ironman and Cap are good too. Maybe Ironman shoulda been in top 10. And since we have figs as recent as Retro Spidey on here, Id say that the new War Machine should be on here. That fig is FIRE!!!!

That Walgreens Thing is my favorite. First usage of that mold & the paint job CURB STOMPS the Skrull BAF version. Not to mention the accessories you get with him.
10. Picked up at Walgreens 9. Picked him up online 8. Don't like this wolverine 7. Pre-ordered this one from Hasbro (I want a jack Kirby) 6. Definitely want this one. 5. Don't have this Deadpool, but I have the movie 2 pack pre-ordered 4. Love this beast 3. I have a worthy cap statue and several other caps, so this isn't a need for me. 2. Pretty good spider-man. I'll pick him up if I see him in store. (in store that's a good one) 1. Hasbro basically has the same Dr. Doom up for pre-order now as well.

#2 would be fitting of that slot if the paint app was decent. Looking at all the photos and of the 2 that I have, I would say a good 30-40% has horrible paint jobs on the face. Agree with you that Doom is #1. Two things that stop Rogue from being a top ten is the eyes and lack of double jointed elbows.
Juggernaut Wolverine and Rogue was my shockers. I prefer the Love Triangle Wolverine and Rogue at one point was a pegwarmer locally. Spidey wasn't a shock at all, it's legit the best Spider-Man Hasbro ever made. Add some wall crawling hands and webs and you have the poor man's Mafex.

Honestly wouldn't have put Stan Lee or Rogue on this list. Sure, I love both, but neither is a particularly great figure in comparison to some others like the new She-Hulk, Gwenpool (yes, I said it), Spider-Punk, or some of the Iron Man figs out there.
All the figures on this list are new. There are plenty of classic Marvel Legends that should be on this list. The video should be called top 10 best marvel legends from the last 3 years.
I was really surprised to see the 80th Anniversary 2-Pack Hulk not on this list. He's my favorite Marvel Legend of ALL TIME! I am happy to see Spidey at number 2. I just got him and he is my second favorite Marvel Legend of all time (he really is THAT awesome!) My third choice is definitely Worthy Cap and he just so happens to be my third favorite Marvel Legends figure!😁 Awesome video, man!
This is a toy line that i have been seriously considering starting to collect. I have a pretty large Gi Joe collection (3.75 o-ring style, American, international, etc), i have nearly the entire run of LJN WWF Superstars (minus 5 figures from 1989, which I'm still searching for) and a large comic collection. I started branching out from GI Joes and comics into the LJN WWF Wrestling Superstars figures last year. And recently this line has caught my eye. The whole build a figure aspect is genius to me. Plus, it would be nice to be able to buy what i collect in the wild more often, rather than online. Honestly the main reason i haven't started on this line.....space! Lol. I'm gonna have to figure it out because this plastic crack is calling my name. Holla!!!
I remember getting that Deadpool figure years ago from my dad, and I found it again a few weeks ago. Idk where the other head and weapons are, but I have the pistols and the katanas.
My biggest surprise from this top 10 : the Stan Lee figure ( no offence for this marvellous man ) I ve got 4 of these 10 : Thor,Doom,Thing and Beast. Never managed to get this Rogue, i indulged with the green Pyro-2 Pack version. .... good one for me too
No 80th Anniversary 2pk Hulk, Red Hulk, WarMachine, or Nightcrawler? 🤔 How does neither of those make the list but Worthy Cap does I had Worthy Cap and got rid of him he was mediocre, and subpar at best to me I didn’t like him whatsoever and I can Guarantee you that Rogue is only on this list because she’s hard to come by so people put her on this pedal stool or something and I think the Sasquatch Red suit Deadpool is better than the Juggs Wave DP but these are just my opinions I guess 🤷🏾♂️
I have been telling my kids for years now that Hasbro should make special Stan Lee cameo waves (All cameos) with unique B.A.F's. Watcher could be one of them. Maybe a Lou Ferrigno Hulk and Lou Ferrigno security guard too. Or maybe the first ever B.A.F. Marvel NYC headquarters, Stan Lee office. Complete with desk and pictures on the walls. Also a special Stan Lee rider series. But instead of a motorbike, an old pickup truck pulling Thor's Hammer. Hasbro are you listening ? Nuff Said.
It's a shame Bucky Cap is not on the list, at least as a honorable mention. Maybe it's due to the over use of the body mold. But Bucky Cap is almost flawless for a 20 bucks figure. Well proportioned, highly poseable, good paint job.
I got into toy photography back in 2020 using pokemon, pops, and KH figures but ive always loved marvel so i started collecting the legends figures cause their so fun! Really posable, fun special effect powers, and you can usually find people who print and make extra effects or additional stuff for them really fun i wanna get my hands on the VHS Xmen ones
Matt, dude I like your reviews and comments on Marvel Legends, and that's inspiring me to start to collect a few myself. I am curious though, if there has been any of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard figures made. I like some of those characters and a few other X figures, but a killer Guardian, before and after he became the Ruler of the Shi'Ar Empire, just a thought and keep making videos , you help me and possibly some others as well.
Just subbed. Really like your vids. If I can, I would like to suggest a list, including the Toy Biz Marvel Legends. Best build a figures, or most expensive secondary build a figures. There could even be a worst BAF vid. There have been some awesome ones and there have been some lame ones. Biggest surprise on this list was the brown Wolverine. Its a nice figure, but most collectors do like the yellow tiger striped one. And I totally agree that Beast should have had a second head. Maybe one that had glasses and in deep thought look. Thanks.
I'm surprised that Weindigo from the Fing Fang Foom build a figure toy line didn't make the list! It's 1 of the best Weindigo figures I have seen in a long time! And Sashquatch didn't make it either! He was an impressive figure, just like the Hulk figure with the torn Banner shirt badge attached to it!
Not so much surprised by what's on the list vs where they ranked. I think Thing should have been higher and I'm surprised that Dr Doom was number one. I think I have every figure on the list except for Spidey.
I have been collecting since the old toybiz days and have a pretty large collection and this list feels pretty accurate felt beast and 80 yrs Thor would be higher with Thor at number 1 ......that’s the quintessential Thor in my opinion and masterfully done
I am glad to see you focus on Hasbro. I only have about one hundred, but they are almost all the ones you featured. I especially dig the Doctor Doom figure. Nice job, a definite thumbs up.
I qasnt expecting some.earñy releases in this top, but yeaahhh retro spidey and dr doom di really deserve be in this top. When 4f wave was realeased i just junped to buy first dr doom, leaving aside gray shehulk (i rrgret it) is hard to find by the momment
When I was little I went to toys r us and my mom let me choose one action figure and I remember the whole juggernaut wave being there and I chose Iceman with one of the arms I’m not to disappointed though he’s worth like $81 dollars on Amazon
What was your biggest surprise on this top 10?

I love that figure. This video came out before that did though :)
the prices are absurd
Honestly wouldn't have put Stan Lee or Rogue on this list. Sure, I love both, but neither is a particularly great figure in comparison to some others like the new She-Hulk, Gwenpool (yes, I said it), Spider-Punk, or some of the Iron Man figs out there.
Wow Im only missing two of your list! Great vid!
That’s awesome! Thank you for watching.
All the figures on this list are new. There are plenty of classic Marvel Legends that should be on this list. The video should be called top 10 best marvel legends from the last 3 years.
these all look to be Hasbeen,er ,i mean Hasbro Legends.Hell ,anyone knows the best stuff was ToyBiz.booooo !
I own #1. I own #1!!!!
Dang, surprised I actually have almost all of these. Only one I missed was worthy cap!
My biggest surprise from this top 10 : the Stan Lee figure ( no offence for this marvellous man )
I ve got 4 of these 10 : Thor,Doom,Thing and Beast.
Oh yeah best spiderman 90s action figures band new toys buy it one marvelous!
I wasn't expecting roghe. I think here should've been 80th anniversary iron man and nightcrawler, and I guess red Hulk.
Thanks.
My parents give me the Retro Spidey for Christmas, now its my favorite Marvel Legends
Amazing gift!
The last two X-Men 3 Packs and the other 2019 figures like Jubilee, Psylocke, Storm & Prof X should have been voted in or closer
Juggernaut is my favorite marvel legends figure
Yea, the one that came in the 2 pack is fire. Probably in my own personal top 10
I started getting Marvel Legends back in 2003. How much do you think some of the figures that you listed are worth back then?
No Hulk in top 10??
I agree with this list 100%! I like retro spider man a bit more than doom but after that, definitely agreeable
I am glad to see you focus on Hasbro. I only have about one hundred, but they are almost all the ones you featured. I especially dig the Doctor Doom figure. Nice job, a definite thumbs up.
I have a love for them as well. Ha. Thanks so much! Thank you for watching my videos!
@@Nerdzoic I recently stumbled onto your channel. All my figs are boxed and pristine. I know you do some oobs as well.
I've been looking for a Hawkeye figurine. I'm new at collecting figurines. But asking to see what you might recommend?
I qasnt expecting some.earñy releases in this top, but yeaahhh retro spidey and dr doom di really deserve be in this top. When 4f wave was realeased i just junped to buy first dr doom, leaving aside gray shehulk (i rrgret it) is hard to find by the momment
I’m doing an x-Men ninja turtle stop motion serie
And I’m a 13-year-old boy Who is using his grandmother’s account to write this comment
My surprise was the Super Skrull wave Thing
where does 80th HULK fit intocany of your lists?
not regular
not BAF
??
When I was little I went to toys r us and my mom let me choose one action figure and I remember the whole juggernaut wave being there and I chose Iceman with one of the arms I’m not to disappointed though he’s worth like $81 dollars on Amazon
