Your video is helping me understand the market in Denver since we are moving there. It would be helpful if we had at least the neighborhood location! Just for next time you do a video like this again ;) Thanks 🙏🏼
Looking to move to Dnever or Colorado Springs in a month. Seems like the 15-1700 a month range is more easily attainable in Springs or the suburbs around Denver.
You’re video was really helpful, but do you have the names of which apartments you showed? My girlfriend and I are currently apartment shopping and would love to check some of these places out- Cheers
Honestly I make 1400 in denver salary as a construction worker and depending on your goals it’s going to be tough. Per week 500$ goes towards my house savings, 400$ for rent, 200$ for 401k and fidelity and I have about 300$ for gas, food, fun like going out, clothes etc….
Also this depends on location. I’m in wheat ridge which is close to mountains. If you want to be a city boy/girl a nice 2 bedroom might run you about 2200-2600 alone for rent not including utilities and internet.
If I only get paid 10 an hr how can I afford an apartment myself....like I work like 70hrs every 2weeks and I'm only making like 625 because money taken away I really wanna move to colorado HOW DO I DO THIS I'm tired of living in my toxic house I'm ready to live life without my mother
I really feel for you because it’s so so hard. In all honestly cost of living in CO is extremely high and it’s only going up. I would 100% suggest roommates and honestly looking at other jobs that pay more. It may take some time, but there are entry level jobs here that pay $15-16 per hour, waitressing is great bc you make tips on top of hourly. Are you living in CO right now? I’d be happy to chat with you.
@@Hinshawlizzy no in the boot of texas where it's extremely hot and i have this dream of getting out of texas and I've been saving but I know no matter what with this pay I'm never gonna get anywhere so yeah
Roommates and get a job that pays tips! I work at a brewery and its $16 an hour plus tips. When I moved to denver I moved in with roommates and it was $750 a month each.
@@NN-Family956 Also factor in that income will scale cost of living relatively. You'd be making more in CO also jobs like Amazon pay 15 for warehouse and even more in higher cost of living areas. Also bartending and waitressing can be pretty lucrative as well.
Hi! Just watched your video! Nice one!! Thanks for the tips. Im looking for an apartment in Denver or close to the Airport. Do you have any legit website that I can look for? I found a few in Aurora 920sq.ft 2/2 and is around $1,800 right now. 10/2023
Shoot! Good thing you're not looking into the Bozeman/Belgrade (Montana) area. Don't know how anybody can afford the pricing up here, It's nutzzzzzzz😮😂
Hi Lizzy I am going to move from Europe to Denver just for one year. So I'm wondering if there are also apartments for rent which are completely furnished? I hope you know what I mean - with bed and chairs and so on. Could you help me with your experience? thank you a lot!!!
I've been living in denver for 3 years and cant afford anything north of 1,000 a month, I'm paying 850 currently living with my uncle, I dont see any hope for me here
I'm probably biased but Colorado doesn't draw my interest and Idk why. I knew someone from college that moved to Denver but I could just be living in a box. Also Californians can be ignorant af in opening our horizons. Cool video though and definitely will refer this video to anyone I come across interested in CO.
@@Hinshawlizzy At least you have your own perspective of a beautiful scenery and honestly the seasons in Colorado I hear are really beautiful. California has all around warm weather and the rain seasons aren't often as they used to be.
I moved out of America, but house/apartment hunting videos are always fun :) thank you for the video!!
I watch them all the time too!

Generally, furnished housing is called corporate housing. Google locations for that term. Also, Cort (sp?) rents furnishings too.
Would you get "bizzy" w/ Lizzy 😅❤?

it's gonna be like that in every state. best is to move out of America
You look so gorgeous!😍
i will be buying the apartments your not buying cause i live in colorado
Valet trash is a huge ripoff.
I wish it was free, but to each their own
Agree its so dumb.

Fair enough! It's not for everyone. I really enjoy being close to the mountains.
@@Hinshawlizzy Totally respect that. I guess I'm used to ocean life haha. I would always be down to visit almost anywhere though

I say Lizzy is a 7 ish put of 10.
If she lifts weights and got jacked, definitely a 8.5 out of 10.
She is well spoken, and not a total thot.
I like your back drop and your really pretty.
