- BoDin for the win. Episode 4 of Season 3 of The Mandalorian just came out. We gotta talk about Bo Katan x Din Djarin, and how Bo-Katan would make a great mother to Grogu. Mando, Din Djarin, and Bo Katan could rule Mandalore together, wielding the dark saber, and taming the Mythosaur. Again, we talk about the compatibility, and possibility of Bo Katan and Din Djarin romance in this video. Bo Katan should be Grogus Mom, and marry Mando.

PS: I think Bo didn't tell Din about the Mythosaur because she wasn't sure if what she saw was real, when she talks to Armorer about it she looks a bit like a child saying to his mom "But I really saw a dragon mom! Please believe me!"

Aside from Bo’s praise for Din and comparing him to her father to Grogu, I also liked that little moment where Din explained how everyone would eat when they can’t take their helmets off as a group. It seemed like a “meet the in-laws” moment almost

Neversaw any romantic wibes coming, but season 3 episode 2 made me think maybe. Note her urgency both times when saving him. And note that when Grogu arrives alone at her place, she is not asking “where is he” but “what happened to him” ..

For me this episode was where I started to notice. But her immediate shift from annoyance to concern in ep2 and she jumped right into the waters were very telling too. I’m not sure if she had feelings by then, but she definitely hella respected him by the end.

YESS what an absolutely spectacular episode of BoDin for the Wiiin! I too believe Bo and Din will eat together soon. Only time will tell. As for the Mythosaur. Over time Bo will realize the reason it came to her. As the armorer stated: "When you walk the way, you see many things."

Even tho I am not on board of this ship...yet...I can see them totally be a duo, even if like as battle partners in group traveling together and being perfect as fighters, taking care of Grogu...both can teach each other something new...while Bo has a point with Din being too much focused on traditions (for example, the eating scene I kinda felt like Bo was kinda uncomfortable eating alone, even tho she found a new group that accepted her and so far she seems to like it), she also saw this group of mandalorians and how their community really holds the tradition of "one big family" and she cant deny that she misses such group

I don't quite get it either, but it has to be the only thing they're aiming for, because they are really pushing the "space dad and space mom" thing. They have gone out of their way multiple times to show it now. But the thing is, I can't see either one of them falling in love. So if anything, it's like you say... Partners? Raising Grogu and working together to restore Mandalore? I don't know where they're going with it, but I much prefer them working together than being antagonistic.

Also is it just me or do I see so many people confused and say "maybe we have a season totally focused on Mandalorians and their traditions and history" ....like, wasnt that a known fact that was mentioned many times by Jon Favreau and others? That S3 is gonna be Mandalorian focused? Why are people shitting on it like its a surprise that the story doesnt shift too much around like previous seasons
@@mikedoge5559 other than the first episode, I'm quite enjoying it. And I don't think it's going to be totally mandalorian focused. Otherwise we wouldn't have had the 50 odd minutes devoted to Dr. Pershing last week. That has to tie into Thrawn somehow, I'm guessing. I'm expecting Thrawn to show up in the finale at the very end. But the A plot of the season is going to be the mandalorians, Grogu, and Bo Katan and the Mythosaur.
Well, I think Dinn, Bo and Grogu make a lovely Mandalorian family unit.
And what a wonderful redemption for Ahmed Best.

When it comes to the mythasore bit, I don’t think Bo has any ulterior motives. I think it’s more of her trying to rationalize the weight of the information she has bubbling in her thoughts. If anything her next move just might be trying to convince anybody to come with her just to find the thing again, not to make a grab for power, but to prove to everyone AND herself that she isn’t going crazy. After 20+ years devoted to fighting and blind conquest, you could see that she’s grown tired of it all when we first saw her sitting along in her castle.

I wouldn't want them to marry until the end of the series if they go that direction because it will become boring if they were to do that. I think the focus should be more on uniting Mandalorians against imperials and training Grogu.
I can't think of any other reason for bo acting like a mom other than a romantic connection with din.

It was a fantastic episode. The classic mandalorian ship the bo has is the best in all of star wars. Imo. Looked like grogu was dragging the crabs to him becuz they all ran when he got up.

They’ve been laying down the Din vs Bo’s dad comparisons pretty thick and heavy the last few episodes… which is an interesting way to show some forming relationship or partnership.
What I honestly think the most is that the actions from the latest episode that Pazz Vizla is going to formally submit and recognize Din as Mandalore aside from owning the dark saber.

I don't know if it's romantic but these two scream space mom and space dad. I am fine either way as long as they are space mom and space dad.
I think Bo will change her armor color to pure silver beskar armor like din and grogu. With Bo, shoulder armor replaced with silver with the mythosaur signet like din in episode 3. Possibly either in this season or the next Bo armor will damage by the mythosaur, and she needs to start again.
Din actually had his replaced with the mudhorn, but still a really cool idea. Thanks for watching!
I was wondering too because it feels like if she's in charge, her armor can use an upgrade by next season. Doesn't have to match Din's in color, but something to fit her position.

What I would like to see next time we see the tribe training montage, is Dinn alone in the background attempting to solo train with the saber while the camera is focused on another Bo/Grogu moment. Hell even if Ashoka shows him some basic saber stances

Not a huge fan of shipping in the Star Wars universe, but it honestly makes sense plot-wise. Grogu would get a mother, and Din + Bo could get Mandalore back together or something.

I for one have mixed emotions about the Bodin story line, over the years many stories played off the sexual tension between the leading characters, once they hooked up, the spark was gone, and the shows suffered for it. Hopefully this wont be the case here.

I actually saw an interesting take on this last night. Right now she’s closer to an aunt to a mother. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t care about Grogu because she absolutely does, but we only got a few moments like this in s3. At least until the very end of the finale, she let Din do a lot of the work with him and perhaps didn’t love him in quite the same way he does. That being said, their bond definitely strengthened throughout the season and Din absolutely started to see her as the mother to his kid by the end. All I’m saying is I hope we see their bond strengthen in later shows and seasons and her make the transition from aunt/mom to proper mom. After Grogu saved both their lives it’s just a matter of time. That’s one overpowered family and I’m here for it! This moment of Bo being motherly was also really adorable.

Like, can we infer that Paz adopted Ragnar in much the same way that Din was rescued and adopted? Do Mandalorians not have biological children in this cult? I mean, surely they must, but it seems to me that the adoption process and teaching rescued children their way is central to Mandalorian culture.
In any case, just curious is someone knows more about Foundlings. I am totally loving the family vibes and agree that Bo is already acting like a mother for Grogu. I think it’s gonna be nice to see her clear respect for Din grow into something more but I want it to happen slow and natural. No weird Padme/Anakin gimmicks if you know what I mean lol. So I don’t think we’ll truly see them IN LOVE yet this season. But I’m willing to wait!

No No No No...If you strictly follow the timeline, Bo Katan should be in her 60s. She wasn't that much younger than Obi-Wan.
She is in her late 40's early 50's according to the actor that plays her.
@@Bismo But the thing is, Obi-Wan was supposed to be an old-looking 59 in A New Hope. If Bo is Satine's sister, that would make her at least 49 in that time frame. add on the next 10 to 15 years to get up to the Mandalorian time frame and she'd be 60ish-plus. I don't have a good feel for how old Din Djarin is, but I don't think he's that ld. Even Ahsoka, who would have been around 18 when Order 66 came should at least be in her late 40s if not early 50s by this time.

That's not exactly true. Bo Katan was a teenager during the clone wars. And so she's at most MAYBE 5-6 years older. At most. Padme was 4-5 years older than Anakin.
