just to correct u sir, south Africa doesn't permit Indians on e visa as u mentioned above, we have to obtain an visa through embassy before travel.
Check the rules again. Recently only they have started with e-visa for Indians . Plus there is no cost for visa. .

Suica card you will get in Japan. Forex card you can take from home country. But suica card will literally work everywhere in Japan. Forex won't
