I completely agree about the cookie tasting the same! I used to go every week then I just got over it because they all started tasting the same to me. Haven’t been back since!
They are under baked & doughy like play dough. The actual cookie lacks flavor. The frosting are sometimes good but sometimes just ok but that cookie base is a hard no for me not to mention the price is steep. I'd rather buy ingredients for really great tasting cookies at home & get alot of batches to share with loved ones. I think Crumbs is just slot of Hype bc they marketed really well on Tik Tok
I like a gooey or fudgey cookie but I don't like it when it's bc it's underbaked. I've never had a crumbl cookie but they strike me as an over hyped brand with okay cookies. Like every review I've seen about them has the following in it "underbaked, okay cookie, just kinda average."
