Wow. I definitely resist doing the visualization work. I don’t know why that is (?). While watching this, I did what you said - I imagined. Damn - that was powerful!!!

Hi Dan, I've been studying Neville Goddard recently and he shares the same sentiment. Neville takes it the whole way and says that, regardless of the condition, visualization can get you to where you want to be - even in the case of serious illness. A lot of spiritual teachers claim that our bodies know how to heal if we give them a chance. That being said, those people without terminal diagnoses (i.e., people like me who have TMS) have it even easier because we don't have that sense of immediate danger and fear for our life. Yup, most of us are still struggling, but we're dealing with a lower level of anxiety and panic compared to people who've been given a termninal diagnosis on paper. So we actually have a headstart when it comes to manifesting feeling good, and that's a blessing. I feel very grateful and blessed. Thank you for your videos!
Sidenote: TMS sucks, but it's not life-threatening or incurable. Just as we would give up so much to feel fully healthy, so many people in even worse situations would give up everything to just have TMS and not fear for their lives! It may not feel like it, but we're actually lucky.

Wonderful comment and keeping things in perspective. I did a video recently where I shared a quote which echo's Neville's sentiment. "Nature does not need help, just no interference".

I’m so glad you talked about imagination. I do a lot of manifesting in other areas of my life, but I was reticent to do it with physical pain. So this freed me to do it.
    Thank you!

Been going through this pain for 4yrs now. Seen a lot of doctors etc physicians.been attending a pain cinic on doctors orders and the last time i was there they told me “ this is for life and will get worse with age “ even if it is what’s wrong with these so called professionals dont they realise thats like a death sentence destroying any hope 😢. I cancelled all my appointments, just thankful of people like you Dan thanks for your videos 👍👍

I was attending a pain clinic here on doctors orders as well, but cancelled the surgeon, the psychiatrist, the physiotherapist and the psychologist appointments as they were making me focussed on the down side of everything and made me feel worse. Working with Dan gives me optimistic and I’m getting positive results. They may be small gains but they are still gains.
Best wishes to you on your journey.

💯 👏 it is so sooo true. I made a vision board about 18mths ago (when I was duing cfs so bad I couldn't even flick thru magazines by myself and cut the pictures out, I had to only look thru a couple pages a day, I was that unwell, it took me weeks complete it 😅)I hung it in the room I spent most my time and looked at it every day.
Anyway, 18mths on I have achieved basically EVERYTHING on that board 🥳❤️🦄 it was stuff like being able to go out with friends, go for a walk, go shopping, volunteering etc.
Stuff i could hardly even imagine at the time, but i kept at it. I did a neuroplasticity training course too which was amazing and taught me so much about the power of our minds and placebos etc-stuff Dan talks about here too 😀
Now I've started making a new olv8sion board, with more ambitious goals and visions like going on a 3 day hike, a overseas trip, goingback to work. 🌞 and again, these seem like so so far away from what i feel im capableof right now, but I know I completed everything on my last board that seemed entirely out of reach so I know If I put in the effort to visualize these and imagine doing these goals, then its totallypossible too!

Great message Dan ❤ I’m away on vacation and the bed is high and I’m short! I’ve been getting on the bed like I’m 80 years old. But I just visualized myself getting on the bed like my old self - confident and flexible. Right after I imagined it, I got up and did it and then I celebrated it. A small win, but so meaningful. I visualize myself Hiking on the west coast of Ireland pain-free all the time, and I will be able to soon. Love and sweet days to all.
