Read "Stranger in the Woods". A guy lived in the woods near a vacation home area of Maine. He broke into houses for food, supplies and propane. Interesting book.
I read that book it was amazing I loved it I read it when I was a little younger like 14 or 15 it really opened my eyes to A Whole New World and it taught me that you don't need technology to survive and it got me really interested in the outdoors and now I can survive out in the woods completely off-grid for a month or so
I’ve seen challenges of people surviving 24 hours in an airport but Moran took this to a whole other level.
Imagine getting pulled over and they find a naked man in your trunk you are actually unaware of, imagine he died in there. How do you explain that?

If I had to pick, I’d rather live in an apartment in Belgium than in an airport. Also, it sounds as though Belgium was being more understanding than the U. K.

I had those same ideas when I was a kid. This was before Walmart had food items. Now it would be even better with all the options you could want and need in a lifetime, well when it comes to materialistic things, that is.
@@dragonfliesnh4204 ya, except now Walmarts are either open 24/7 or have overnight staff. Plus too many cameras lol but it would still be pretty cool if you could be locked in a place, have the time of your life, and no one be none the wiser 😁
@@Corrie-_- This is true. The nearest Walmart in my area used to be opened 24/7 before the pandemic. Now they are closed at night. However, their hours are from 6am to 11pm, so they aren't closed for too long. It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't have overnight staff and it's not something I would have thought of.
@@dragonfliesnh4204 unfortunately I've worked at Walmart for close to 6 years which is why I know about overnight staff. I am in Canada though so it may be different here than there lol. I know you have longer hours as ours is open 7am-10pm. Have a great day 😊

I feel so bad for the man who lived in the airport all his life.
He was pretending to be someone he was not , and because he was afraid of deportation he had no other choice. Sad it is but kinda of self harm.

My friends had to sleep in an airport before because a tornado warning was preventing liftoff. They fought over which one was going to act as the pillow, lol

I don’t understand how rent anywhere can legally be as much as an entire average salary. Is there no low income housing? I’m on SSDI and I pay my mom $450 per month to live in my childhood home.
It's called gouging and no one is safe. I find it sadly humorous that Obama called raising prices on necessary things after Katrina or other act of God illegal yet no one has said the same thing after COVID.

I'm taking notes from that Chinese man. I will build myself a portable home, travel from city to city, town to town, village to village and everywhere in between. It's my life. I don't connect that well with others, because i had depression i overcame, and now, it's my lack of money and a job that bothers me.
The only thing is that i live in Sweden, where something like this almost never happen. It's my life, and i want to live as a vagabond and traveler.

Another very entertaining video as always! It amazes me how some people manage to live their lives for so many years with next to literally nothing. Yet, claim to be happy. I know money isn't everything but... I value my warm, safe and dry bed with a roof, bathroom and running water a lot! 😱

Personally, i think a 100-200 storage unit facility in major cities would be a great solution to the homeless. It'd be shelter and something to have an address, etc. Have a large shower, toilet building like at lakes/rv parks yada yadda

Quite a few homeless people live at Manchester Airport they gravitate to there simply coz airports are open 24/7 and most people using them have money or they give things away that they aren't allowed on the planes with. 😉

Ha ha, interesting video. Reminds me of the days when I used to live in a locked off stairwell that I had the only key for. I had a cot in there, wifi and my laptop, and it was heated too. A local restaurant provided me with hot food at closing each night
