In this tutorial, I will show how to bling a baseball cap using a rhinestone template and cut with Cricut Design Space.
The materials needed to complete this project are:
• Baseball Cap

Great video. TFS. Please explain reason for internal offset. Thank you.
Since the scan template was the exact size of the hat bib, an internal offset was used to create the rhinestone template that fits within the hat bib. I hope this answers your question. Thank you for watching.

Coretta this video is excellent but I was trying to figure out on the internal offset what made you decide on that number of 0.041 I don't remember the exact number but what made you come up with that number
The trace template was the size of the hat bib. I chose the offset distance 0.145 so that the rhinestones would fill the entire hat bib edge to edge. I hope this answers your question. Thank you for watching.
