Your videographer / editor has made this series and the quilt series so much fun to watch! I appreciate all your dedicated, creative staff who inspires while educating; creative joy left and right! Thank you
I always get nervous when it’s time to trim my cross stitch. Thanks for your tips Kimberly. I think that it would be easier though to remove the pillow form when attaching the piece to the pillow cover.
Oh my lord Kimberly you made that look fantastic I would of never guessed this is how it was made. Your video was perfect I’ll have to follow and keep searching to see how to do those stitches. Great job looking forward to some more teachings from you💕
Love the completed chart!! 🖤👻🦇 Its pretty...but that doesn't seem like the right word to describe a Halloween stitch!! 😄 Thank you for this tutorial!! Love the spooky music and FQS!!! 💕
Brilliant finishing tutorial Kimberly, thank you. You make the Bats and Boos cushion easy to make that I may even be able to try it once I've finished the pattern xx
Oh Kimberly, Thank you for this wonderful idea! I've been working on my Halloween finishes. Your whole staff and you are amazing‼️ You are so real I love your honesty 😍 So helpful for crafters like me 💖🪡🧵‼️
Love the pillow finish and the fabrics you used. This is one of my favorite cross stitch designs FQS has done. Of course, I’m partial to Halloween 👻 🎃 decorations!
I'm new in the sewing, what are your must haves? I want to start off making pillows. I want to use counter cross stich to develop into pillows. Could you please give me any pointers that would be useful?
Hello Holly! Kimberly lists her must haves here: www.fatquartershop.com/kimberlys-favorites We also have a blog post about them here: blog.fatquartershop.com/favorite-quilting-sewing-notions/
I really would have liked to have these be stitch a long videos like the quilts where we could see the process and not just samples of the finished steps. I was so confused getting started bc it didn't start in the center.
Hello . Thank you for the tutorial on this beautiful pattern. Can I ask which Creative grids ruler you are using? I would like to order one. Thank you.
Sewing makes me so nervous and I used to sew all my clothes and children’s clothes so not sure why??thank you for this tutorial it is awesome and so easy to follow so I’ll save it and yes I will give it a try! Thank you Kimberly!
I'm so bummed. I too get nervous cutting my cross stitch. And guess what I did? I messed it up even though I carefully watched your video! Lined up my ruler wrong and cut right up next to the stitching! Any way to salvage it?
Thank you ever so much for everything. Got a little waylaid by a car accident wanted to make pillow for my grand son for Halloween. Thank you again and I will be watching for next stitch along. Hope
This pillow is so cute 🦇👻🧡 Your cross stitch is so good, and it looks really good with the matching quilt on the wall. Also, I love stitch witchery! When I was in the military, I used it all the time to make small alterations to dress uniforms and necessary repairs to cammies. The only thing that held repairs better was dental floss 😆
Why would you not take the pillow out of the case? Wouldn't it be easier to measure (for centering) and sewing on. Also no chance of catching the inside pillow with your stitches. You "may" want to someday wash your pillowcase or replace your pillow.
Good morning Kimberly. Nice job! How to decorate from from Pricilla’s blogspot; I didn’t catch the whole name of blogspot. Would you repeat. Thank you.
I love the pillow. Would it have been easier to take the pillow form out to sew the block onto the pillow?
That’s exactly what I thought. Why fight with all of that puffy stuff?
I was going to ask the very same thing :)
I was thinking the exact same thing.
My thoughts too… Kimberly, was there a reason why you didn’t remove the pillow form? It was beautiful!! 🥰
Thanks, Kimberly. The pillow looked great. The bat/spooky music throughout the series has been terrific - great idea! 😉

Great fun. Love the spooky music.
I am nervous doing finishing. The bat pattern is cute. Thank you for help.
Such a cute pillow.
Why would you not attach the cross-stitch fabric to the pillow with the pillow insert out?
Wow! I love this pillow Kimberly, it looks fabulous!

We're glad you're okay!
Why wouldn’t you take the pillow form out and place and sew it flat?????
Hi Kimberly. May I ask what kind of iron you are using.
Hi Teresa, Kimberly uses the Oliso iron, she has it in the description below the video 👍🏻
Do you have adia napkins
Hello Jill! No, we do not carry Aida napkins.
Do you know of anyone who does. Thanks for getting back to me

Thank you for your service. Thank you also for the dental floss tip.

It’s not a cheat. It’s called work smarter not harder.😃

Hello GK! Here is a link to Priscillas blog: priscillas2000.blogspot.com/
Yes, please don’t iron weeks dye works......I did once and my dark red border bled onto my finished project. I was sick.
