They sell them on Ebay. If you cant find a better spring you can stretch the one you already have by about an inch. Ive done that to all my Nerf guns, and it works great! Adds a good 10 feet of range to your gun.
One thing I would like to suggest is making a small pad out of craft foam for the end of the plunger, that way the hard plastic of the plunger isn't bashing into the hard plastic of the plunger tube with full force and no padding or restriction.
What it could be: The plunger is too airtight and the gun cannot draw air in. So the darts get sucked into the tube like it should, sealing it. The mechanism cannot get more air and therefore cannot compress anything to shot the dart. For my gun single shots works. outfire will lead to a jam sooner or later. I think, I'm going to drill a small hole into the plunger and see where this leads.
@TheLoadLauncher First, deep breaths. Second, try your local hardware store. Just don't use a spring that's too heavy in the stampede as it will strip the gears.
@Turfsurfer32 I think from what I've discovered you may have put the plunger in the wrong way or something. Probably check it and follow what he does in the video. Tiny mistakes can be problems. :'(
and another problem...i do not know whether the spring will affect the shooting...i inserted a 5 kg spring into the stampede and used 22.2 volts of power...but it seems jammed...need help!!!
Ok. I need help. I did everything exactly how you did it, and when I stick the clip in and stat to shoot it; instead of shooting the bullet out, it sends the bullet in. What do I do?

How the "F" do you get it to slide in nicely? Everytime I close up, I end up wrestleing with the springs.
Bruh I had this problem with a retaliator too. I just gorilla taped the damn plunger tube down just so it would stay.
i need help...not all the screws are the same shape or size...and then i have a difficulty puting them back...i do not know which screw goes where...
THIS WORKS!! If you dont do the voltage upgrade, at least remove the air restrictor, and stretch or replace the spring! your WILL SHOOT FARTHER!

One question what type of screw drivers do you need for that?
some reason my plunger isnt moving i can see this thing inside spinning but the plunger is just shaking

turboXcrisis over loading the motor with that much voltage no good unless you upgraded motors
