It was always an "off work" incident. They took care of him, and the man kept his glove on to keep his hand somewhat intact.
Dude got hit in the face by himself and actually went to the hospital, and more than anything, he left them down a guy.
Man listening to the owner is just disgusting to me. Bet that man never worked a hard day in his life. Probably been in the family for years and years and he is dogging out the men that make him Rich, just to keep their jobs. The working class is what makes this country great. Wish employers would treat their men with a little more respect.

That all depends on the company some companies a refusal you're black balled from employment and a fail the company offers rehab and you can return after or return 6 months if you don't accept rehab but on a probation period for an extra 180 days
@ yeah, all that is true. We contract for the pipeline, government regulated. New prospective employees come in knowing we are going to send them for a DOT drug test, and fail it. Why did you even go? I understand all the implications and dangers of hiring someone like that, my point is don’t do that to yourself.
@johncamp7679 Oh yeah for sure new hires shouldn't I was speaking on employees that passed the pre-employment drug screen then get hit with a random but yeah the idiots that show up for the pre-employment test and they are dirty is just total ignorance I've never understood that

@johncamp7679 Yep I work in the coal mining industry and they spend a shit ton of money annually for pre-employment drug screening because they do hair follicle and it goes back much further than urine and guys will still go take it knowing they won't pass it just amazes me why they will waste everyone's time and money
