Wow. Another great video. I'm usually hesitant about messing with paid mods. Partly because I'm cheap, but mostly because I worry if a paid mod will play nice with other must-have mods. But this Waterfall Promenade apartment is definitely one I'm looking to get when I get back to Starfield.
