This church was pitching the idea of warming up to unbelievers, even giving them platforms to teach the body of Christ. They had corporate execs come and teach about strategy, marketing and sales tactics and then the B.O.C were supposed to implement these as evangelism and outreach tactics. Maybe I was naive then, but this was the finje-finje I was addressing. Yes Christ mingled with sinners and harlots, but there is no where in scripture where they teach him or engage with him on a mentorship platform for him to do His ministry better. Jesus drew close to them to reveal himself and the Kingdom of God. There is nowhere in scripture, since the coming of salvation, where an unbeliever was placed on a platform to teach believers. Great numbers is candy for the eye... The tactics definitely led to great notoriety for this church. But what are signs of a renewed mind? However, the masses became too farmiliar with this ministry. They were often mocked on Twitter and social media platforms. The kind of mockery they have received is unique to them, I haven't seen it with other ministries yet. I do wish them well and I believe that they have since changed their strategy and tactics. Do God's will, God's way. Xpo
