WOW! This routine is legit and the content well planned. Every exercise is given quality attention to detail without sacrificing my time. Every minute of this video is useful and to the point. This content layout is logical, user friendly, and brilliantly executed. I love there's a visual example and verbal overview of each exercise instead of watching complete sets in real time during the vid, and an extremely useful link to print the routine has been included, so I really only needed to watch it once! I like that useful links to other related content are also accessible and cleanly labeled. Great visual and verbal instructions! Great tips and attention to important details like timing, breathing, modifications, and posture! Thank you for creating this!!!
Great content! I'm a beginner skater and I get tired so fast. Doesn't help that i'm late 30s with not much exercise prior to taking up the hobby. I plan on sticking to this to help strenghten my skate muscles and avoid injury. Thanks for this awesome content! Cheers.
Iam so happy, i did everything right! I do Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting, wich obviously prepared me perfect for start skateboarding last April with 39y 🙌
Awesome stuff, as always! Really need to be doing these as my old legs really don't cope to well with even a short session of skating. Hopefully building up the main core muscles, and working my legs, I should be in better condition, and also help eliminate possible injury. Keep smashing out the quality content! Thank you
Thanks mate! These exercises will help you 100% building up that resistance, stay consistent with them, consistently skating, and recovering good and you'll get there.
I just did these ONCE and the ass-pains that I've had for the past week has gone way down! Dude! Thanks for these workouts, I look forward to using them on my daily routine to see how they help in the longer term. :D
If you're talking about just general low back pain that didn't have a specific incident that caused it, it can be a tough one to figure out as it can have a load of different causes like weakness, frequent repetitive movements (eg at work), too much sitting, etc and even stress can cause it. Stretching might reduce pain temporarily but prob won't tackle the problem. I always think it's best to hit up a physio but if you don't do that I would try focusing on consistently doing the exercises in this video along with the ones in my core training part 1 video. And alongside that think about other areas of your life that might be causing it, sit too much? Change positions frequently and try take frequent breaks to move. Always stressed? Try figure out how you can reduce that stress. @theskateboardphysiotherapist on insta has a good ebook on his site about low back pain too. Hope you heal up quick!
The Daily Push yepp i guess it's because i sit too much. got no money for consulting a physio thats why i just look for ways to relieve the pain but its getting better now!! thanks!!
How is the timing between these workouts and your skating? I try to skate every day so im worried about being to exhausted from exercising to actually skate.. any advise?
Skating everyday is fine, just don’t go hard on the days you workout hard or are sore from either. But if you get an injury do be sure to rest up before skating and hurting yourself worse.

Pro tip do this after skating not when you’re about to go skating
lol i get what ur saying but it’s safer to do these in moderation before skating so ur muscles are warmed up

Can I do this workout every day or should I take some resting days in between one another?
Hey mate you should rest in between. Start off with 2-3 days a week evenly spaced throughout the week. Recovery is king 👌
Awsome, thanks a lot this looks very helpful
