- This gorgeous summer pink watermelon wreath is so easy to make! Hey Everyone!! I regret to inform you that the pink watermelon wired 2.5” ribbon has sold out on multiple sites!! 😳😳😳😳😳 but try E Bay!!! Also Etsy! Wal mart has the ribbon on line ( a bit pricey, but it is the same tibbon!!) Also try Temu! Try going on google and put in the search box “ pink watermelon slice wired ribbon” and you will see the ribbon on other sites such as ebay and wal mart.
There are 22 deco mesh bundles on this wreath, 12 ribbon bundles, and 6 mesh tubing bundles. The deco mesh ( pink and green) I purchased on craft outlet.com as well as the green gingham check ribbon. The pink watermelon sign was purchased at the Dollar Tree!

Hey everyone! Update: The watermelon print ribbon has sold out on multiple sites! Try eBay, Temu, Wal Mart ( on line) and Etsy! If you cannot find the exact same ribbon, there are others that would also work for the wreath!!

How many watermelon wreaths can you make from the ribbon that you purchased?
Hello! I can estimate that for you but I am currently at work and will need time to figure that out by estimating bow length and ribbon bundle lengths. I would say however, certainly not more than two wreaths. I will get back to you later on that.
Ok Joy. I did some quick math based on a bow with 6 loops at 10 in length, + 5” for a bow center loop, + 12” tails (x2), plus twelve 10” pieces for the ribbon bundles= around 6 yards for one wreath. ( At one roll ribbon = 10 yards) My suggestion would be if you want to get two wreaths out of one spool of that ribbon: Make the two bows first. Then use whatever you have left over and cut as many 10” pieces for the ribbon bundles that you can with the ribbon you have left over. If you need more ribbon for ribbon bundles ( I would say you need a minimum of 12 ribbon bundles) then I would suggest pairing up the gingham check with a pink ribbon that is complimentary to the wreath colors ( a pink with white polka dots? A pink -white gingham check? Etc) to finish up the ribbon bundles. That way you could stretch out one roll of the ribbon for two wreaths. ( The ribbon is selling out in multiple sites. Hopefully still can purchase on EBay or Wal mart ( on line)! Hope this helps!
I can’t find the watermelon ribbon on Amazon or craft outlet
Oh gosh!!! 😖😖 I researched and see that it was available on Amazon but obviously sold out. I thought I also saw it on craft outlet (?) Going ( I just received mine from Amazon on April 1 so obviously sold out after.) Let me see if I can find it ( or something similar!) elsewhere, Etsy, etc. Will let you know what I can find. I see it is on Wal Mart but it is a bit pricey!
Ok I just did quick search. No longer available on craft outlet or Amazon. I see I purchased mine on Amazon on March 27 so sold out thereafter obviously 😖 but I did a google search and found it on E Bay and Etsy! Just type in search bar on either of those sources, “Pink watermelon slice wired ribbon”. I see the company that makes it is apparently called “ Homeford”. Etsy has a few other pink watermelon slice options as well. La Ribbons and Crafts also has a pretty pink watermelon slice option! Wal mart has the exact same ribbon but as I stated, it is a bit pricey. Search on Etsy, E Bay, and La Ribbons and Crafts! I hope you can find one to suffice! ( And the pink watermelon sign as well at Dollar Tree!) I am posting another watermelon wreath on you tube in natural red watermelon soon. MUCH easier to find red watermelon ribbons if you are unable to find a pink watermelon slice wired ribbon! I know the pink is so pretty but it appears those ribbons in pink are not as plentiful. I hope you can find the ribbon at a reasonable price and also the pink watermelon sign!!
