The Angel Wings are just Beautiful!!! Just stumbled onto your video, so glad I did!! Your instructions are so nice , you take your time and explain as you go❤️❤️
I wanted to see what it looked like when finished but the video was too long and I didn't have time to wait but it looks like it is going to be pretty.
Such a great tutorial!! It was good at the end you got to show how to use the wood burner to cut! Your pace and your talk through is excellent. Your video is exactly what I needed to make one of these for my daughter's grave. Thank you🩷
Absolutely exquisite! This made me so happy to see your design on Angel wings. For 21 years I always make some kind of Angel on my daughter’s grave for Christmas and your stunning wings are the most beautiful I have ever seen. Your design will be the focal point and I just can’t thank you enough for sharing your wonderful creation.
I'm so sorry for your lose, we should never need to bury our children. This will be beautiful for her on Christmas. She will be smiling down on you a little brighter for this gift.
The cross is beautiful but the angel wings are breath takingly gorgeous. I will be making many of them to give to Gold Star Moms and families. God Bless you for sharing this .❤😊
My mom would have LOVED this! She collected angels and angel wings. She passed away unexpectedly this year. Leaving me devastated 😢.I would have loved to have made one for her! She had wreaths for every holiday that I made her. I'm going to make one in memory of her .❤ Thank you.
I am going to make some of these wreaths for family members who aren’t with us. You took the time and explained it very well to us. Thanks a lot honey.
Absolutely beautiful! You did an amazing job on this tutorial. I wish everyone's tutorials were this clear and instructional and to the point. I would love to see a tutorial for putting a bow with florals in the middle.
I also stumbled into your video. I was so moved by how beautiful it was , I knew I had to make one. Your instructions were easy and clear. Thank you, mine is gorgeous and is on my front door right now!
I made a set of angel wings with some fall florals in the center for my sisters 80th birthday! Thank you for the tutorial, I love this style of angel wings!
I'm so very sorry. Losing a child (adult) is so very hard. I have lost 2 of my Adult Daughters. This loss changes a person. I know I am not the same person I was before my daughter passed. Again I Am SO SO VERY SORRY for your loss.
Beautiful . I am glad you were two short because I wanted to see how you cut the mess. Angel wing wreath would be great for Christmas and Valentine’s Day also. I can see a ribbon with a flower in the center or a cross. I love your video, thank you for sharing. Ann from Va.
😍 I am so Thrilled at having found your video!!!❤ I've never really tried a wreath, but DEFINITELY, will be getting supplies & giving it a try!!! I'm a jewelry maker...usually! "The Wings", were a sign from Above, for me to get onboard...😁
Absolutely beautiful!!! Thank you so much for sharing your very informative instructions. I am so happy that I found your channel. You are a wonderful teacher without any endless chatter. I will look forward to any future wreaths that you make. Have a wonderful and blessed day!🥰
These wings are so gorgeous. I can't wait to try to make this. Your tutorial was so easy to follow and will watch it again when I try to make this. Thank you for sharing!
Ty for a beautiful tutorial. I did it with you. I just wish I had a wood burner for the edges. I have quality deco mesh, I use a rotary cutter, and it frayed I don’t like it. But it’s a good practice wreath. I also like the shimmer in your mesh. I used plain white and it’s not the same. 😊 but now I will make those adjustments.
This is BEAUTIFUL! I’ve looked all over UA-cam, Etsy, etc. TRYING to find angel wings that looked like, well, ANGEL WINGS. There are “dragon” wreaths all over Facebook and I’ve watched the tutorials. I did a survey on my Facebook page, and I got a LOT of negative response concerning me making/selling them. Everyone just said that it just wasn’t “me”. So, “angel wings” and “angels” are what I want to try. Your design is the best one I’ve seen…thanks SO much for sharing such a wonderful design.❤️
Thank you for sharing the cross wreath. I am going to make that tonight so I can put it on my parents grave for Easter. That was awesome you are a great teacher. Take care.
This is the most thoroughly explained "Recipe" for angel wings I have found. Just can't wait to try it out for myself. Thank you for sharing your techniques.
❤ very beautiful angel thank you for taking your time to guide me how to make an angel wreath I will be following you on your different wreath ❤ I am from San Antonio Texas. God bless you 🙏❤️😇
Well, I am glad you were 2 short because never having worked with deco mesh before, I didn’t understand how to cut it with a burning tool. I love how calm you are when describing the methodology and found this so relaxing to watch. Thanks Utube for suggesting this video and thank you for sharing it. Now I’m wondering if it’s as easy as you make it look. 😊
Central Florida gal here. Thank you so very, very much for this amazing video! You are a natural teacher, you made this video so simple and easy to follow. Don't mind the grumps that come how to spread hate filled comments. I am newly subscribed and very much looking forward to more of your wonderful tutorials! Thank you again! 💜
My mother passed away this year. Her maiden name is Angel & she collected Angels. I have been looking for ideas for her memorial area in our home. Also something I can make family members. This is perfect!!!!!!! Thank you for sharing!
❤ Beautiful, you are so patient and clear in explaining the layering of the deco mesh. Thank you i will try to make one for my Dia De Los Muertos Ofrenda ❤
Hats off to you I'm 68 yrs old never have made a wreath but wanted to try n fell in love with the angel wings. You must have a good eye to cut that mesh I found this to be difficult lol. Hopefully it will be ok when it's finished. Thank you for the tutorial.
This is absolutely gorgeous I an going to attempt this in loving memory of my son Bobby thank you so much for sharing and hope mine turns out even half as good as yours
They came out beautiful. I will try your version like the idea of not cutting the top of the wreath like Tammy does in her video. Thank you for sharing.
I think this is just beautiful. I'm gonna make this this weekend. I'm so glad I found this. Amazing work and great teacher. Looking forward to watching your other videos. Again thank you.
Wowie. Just saw this. I am not a crafter but going to find someone to help me make some of these for my mom and grandmothers grave stones. So beautiful !! I think I will do each one in a different color.
This is beautiful! Thank you for sharing. At 33:08 where you're counting how many you've added and come up with 10, I'm coming up with 11. I made a picture of the frame and as you put them on I'm adding circles to where they're going. I've rewound the video 6 times and I'm still coming up with 11. You have the first 2 in the center... then one on the outside and one on the inside wire, which is four, then one on the middle wire at the cross wire and one on the outside wire at the cross wire, which is now six...Then three above... which is nine and then one on the outside wire and one on the middle wire... which is 11. I watched 4 times more) until you finished on the left side and I'm coming up with 19 total on each side. What did I do wrong? I just finished watching again and the reason you were short is because you had a total of 19 on each side....
Hi Fawn - you are correct. When she turned it over and counted, she missed counting one in the only row on the side that had 3 (outer, middle, and inside). It's easy to miss one and I would imagine it doesn't matter as long as it looks good to you! 😊 It's absolutely breathtaking, isn't it?! ❤❤❤
hi there i seen that too i have done same thing as you made a template but definitely 19 on each side watched it 3 times, i'm hoping 1 less wont matter x
You do beautiful work and you show your instructions a whole lot better than most of the tutorials I have seen. I plan on making g this for one of my friends who's mother just passed . Thank you
The wings are beautiful. Thank you for sharing. I have a couple suggestions if you plan on keeping this project a long time. 1) Before you start working on any craft project, clean and dry the tools and work surfaces you plan to use. 2) Clean all of the tool including handles, grips, and pivot points. Clean tools and work surfaces will help prevent a stain developing on your project caused by residues left behind by dirty tools and surfaces transferring to your projects. Be sure to remove any glues, paints, rust, oils, or grease because the residues left behind by them on your work tend to draw dust and dust mites to projects. 3) Don't use the black electrical tape shown on long term projects because: - the glue will flow off the tape and stain project. -The glue residue draws dust and dust mites - the black color might show through project Alternatives to black electrical tape: - using white florists waxed tape, - white or clear silicone glue or sealant - that thin white plumbers tape 4) consider painting the metal frame the color of your "feathers" to hide the frame. Have fun!
When you're cutting/ burning your squares, are you shaping them like a wing? Cause my wings, which are cut straight edge, don't look the same as yours. Thank you, you're an excellent teacher.
Thank you for making this easy to follow along. I made one for my beautiful sister who i lost 2 1/2 years ago. It turned out beautifully! Thanks for sharing your talents!❤
Julie,Thank you so much for this tutorial. I have been wanting to make this wreath for family. Yours is just beautiful! Liked and subscribed I have a couple of questions..lol You cut 10 inch mesh at 10 inches long? And do you cover the back? Thanks 😀

thank you for this awesome share - yes I would like to know how you did the flowers & attached them to the wreath - again thank you - it's lovely
3) Don't use the black electrical tape shown on long term projects because:
- the glue will flow off the tape and stain project.
-The glue residue draws dust and dust mites
- the black color might show through project
Alternatives to black electrical tape:
- using white florists waxed tape,
- white or clear silicone glue or sealant
- that thin white plumbers tape
4) consider painting the metal frame the color of your "feathers" to hide the frame.
Have fun!
When you're cutting/ burning your squares, are you shaping them like a wing? Cause my wings, which are cut straight edge, don't look the same as yours. Thank you, you're an excellent teacher.
She shows the basic steps so I think playing with the angles and curves is your best bet. It can just take a little experimental time/practice
Very good tutorial❤ the pace of your video is very easy to follow. Thank you!
This is just beautiful thank you for sharing! I will be trying this!
Thank you for making this easy to follow along. I made one for my beautiful sister who i lost 2 1/2 years ago. It turned out beautifully! Thanks for sharing your talents!❤
