How do you bid the jobs with multiple cleans? Is your pricing rough+punch+final=final bid or do you bid per phase of cleaning?

Would you be willing to complete a video on the RFP requirements and outline the basics of reading the bid plans? I received a RFP, and sent a RFI regarding the type of windows (tilting or non-tilting), the GC replied with the answer and stated to be sure to "qualify" in the proposal. I've never had to do that before so when I researched what exactly that meant, I found it's providing the experience associated with the job and references. However, I'd love to hear your response to my post before I proceed to submit the proposal. Also, I'd love to hear your thoughts on using a professional writing service via fivver? I'm at the point I want to bid small projects under 50,000sqft but I just don't have the experience in the bid process needed and I really don't have the time. I'm considering joining the monthly membership with ya'll and I would like to know how this membership on youtube differ's from the website membership, please?
That is a very excellent and detailed question. We can say with certainty that this would need to be a discussion between you and Matt as he would be able to provide you with the details directly. Our membership offerings differ but the difference between youtube and our personal offering is the one on one's with Matt, Greg, and Andrea as well as other community members. Give it a shot!
