Hi Rachel. I normally use a 200g butter/400g icing sugar, which is always lovely. Is your recipe not too buttery (greasy)? I need to try it though.
Im in the UK and have used this during my 9 years of being in business and have always had amazing feedback. However depending on where you are in the world will depend on what you are used to and what your customers prefer. We don`t like it too sweet and adding extra sugar creates that, but some places like it sweeter and less creamy x I do use high quality expensive butter though and it make all the difference, but it also means you then have to charge more and now we are in a `Cost of Living` crisis just focus on what you think is best for your customers and yourself x
Brilliant

With the dark colours it can be a nightmare I was the same when I first started baking, so pleased you found it useful and these types of colours also go a very long way x
