    how did anyone manage this with head congestion?? Any bending forward of my head makes my head feel like exploding

    This was amazing. I have covid and thankfully towards the end of the struggle now with a dry cough and doing this yoga just completely clear my nose and i can inhale again! Thank u so much for sharing

    Not a great flow when you are still sick. Coughing goes mostly hand in hand with at least some level of sinus congestion. Forward bending is hell then.

    The first 10 seconds was okay but if you are sick this is not it, too fast of a flow and you expect us to flip upside down…ha nope! Sinus pressure affects balance so this was too much.

    Stop talking so much. Just put on back ground music and occasionally say a couple words
