For patients with lymphatic disease, it is generally advisable to use compression therapy for 23 hours per day. However, it is always best to consult with your primary healthcare provider or lymphedema specialist for medical advice that is best suited for you

Mollelast Elastic Conforming Bandages are comfortable, open weave bandages that are ideal for wrapping the fingers or toes. The special knitting technique makes it air permeable and stable, allowing you to use either the 4cm (1.6in) or 6cm (2.4in) variant depending on the size, length, and degree of swelling of either finger or toe. For this video, the 6cm Mollelast was folded in half widthwise, to deliver more pressure on the digits. Please note that it always be best to consult with your primary healthcare provider or lymphedema specialist for medical advise that is best suited for you.

if the problem is at the tip of the toe, then this is useless

It is not. You go the way he dhows snd then include the tip of the toe by going higher and cross and go around to fixate it on place. No ptoblem at all. And a small pair if socks helps to keep it in place while the foot goes into a shoe.
