What a beautiful kitchen, thoroughly enjoyed watching your tour. I have an oak floor too but I have found i have oily stains on mine in places, also annoyingly water got under a metal bottomed bar stool once & I have a huge black round mark that you can’t remove. I am hoping to get my floor sanded & maybe varnished again, I also quite like the rustic feel of it getting older naturally, like a couple of the boards got wider & then shrunk but weirdly I like that xx

Hi Charlie - love your videos. Wondered if I could ask about your fridge/freezer. If you were choosing again, would you have a drawer freezer (a friend had one and replaced it - said it wasn't the best in terms of organising contents). I'm in the late planning stages of refurbishing my kitchen and need to make a decision! Huge thanks.
Thank you, I am happy with our freezer in the kitchen however I do have two upright freezer as well! One for us and one for catering jobs! If I only had one freezer it would be an upright one. I don’t have space in our kitchen for one so I am happy with our set up if that makes sense. If I was doing a kitchen from scratch again and had space I would have an upright freezer and 2 dishwasher in the kitchen! Hope that helps xx

Yes you can definitely get it sanded and sealed again! We have been meaning to for a few years but actually I have learned to love the marks!
