Please watch Andrew Armstrong WR out of Arkansas. He’s a 6’ 4” senior that is the go-to guy to convert on 3rd down and has a top 15 contested catch amount on the year!!
Would love to hear what y’all think about Ole Miss DT Walter Nolen, especially after he faces LSU this weekend. Unless I missed it, I haven’t heard y’all talk about him yet. He’s one of a handful of guys I’m keeping my eyes on for the Texans in R1.
1. We need an episode with special guest host, the 🐐, Alyssa Lang! Don’t know or care what the episode would be, but we gotta get her on. 2. Take a look at Jake Slaughter, C at Florida. Super high PFF grades and probably the only solid piece of UF’s O-line.
Nah never feel bad about the simulator, you guys are killas of the industry! I can only imagine how hard it is to code, heck morse code is hard enough much less computer coding…. but I’m just grateful you have a nice simulator and can always add graphics in if there is a player I want to spotlight in mocks. Came to hear Connor’s thoughts on the Salah firing and a great pod once again! Addict offering some new names for the mock draft simulator and/or stock up segment: Clemson LB Wade Woodaz Michigan State CB Charles Brantley Marshall ED Mike Green
Hey guys, I’m Andrew. Big fan of y’all and the pod. I wanted to ask about your thoughts on Cam Skattebo, the running back from Arizona State. I watch him every week at school and the guy just can’t get brought down! He’s been balling this year and I think he deserves more respect as an early day 3 running back.
I mean there’s not much to say besides it’s a crazy start to his season and he’s the current leader for Heisman. He’s generational. He’s better than Bijan was in college IMO. He’s on Saquon’s Level as an NFL prospect. I wouldn’t be shocked at all if he went top 5, or even top 3 in the draft next year with the QB class being a little lower.
@@NouhhhhhhSoSa yeah I just feel like they’re not giving him credit cause he’s playing at Boise and I wanted to see their analysis on Ashton Jeanty and where he might go since he’s a RB

I guess you guys might be waiting on the Georgia-Texas game but I hope you guys talk about Carson Beck soon. I'm a Georgia fan so I have an emotional stake in this but I feel like Beck has been a good deal worse this year. I feel like he's been a lot less accurate throughout every game this year, and his off target percentage has been significantly higher this year. It feels like he's especially gotten worse accuracy-wise in the intermediate level of the field. I saw someone say he's got some mechanics issues with that but idk much about mechanics so I can't speak on that. I also feel like Beck's decision making has gotten worse though. He had this throw against Clemson where he was rolling to the right near the sideline and threw across his body towards a double covered receiver. He had a throw against Auburn where he threw to a double or triple covered Lawson Luckie and the throw was even overthrown and Luckie had to really contort himself to even get a hand on it. And this isn't even mentioning the Bama game and his multiple turnovers there. It kinda feels like he thinks he's gotta create more and do more impressive stuff to be a high draft pick but he's just proven he's not really that kind of guy. Am I just overreacting or is Beck's stock really going down?
Very niche, but a player I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on is Nick Nash, WR from San Jose State. He's had a pretty interesting path and I feel like he's the rare player from SJSU that could be drafted which excites me as a fan
thoughts on Will Howard? I obviously dont think he's at the top level of discussion with like Milroe, Ward, Beck, but how far behind is he? I've realllly liked a lot of the throws hes made
Illinois is a Top 12 team, they may not get the rank yet, but they are. Great CB talent, OL, WR, DL. Idk who all will come out this year. But they have a serious squad and their coaches will only make guys better. Purdue, Michigan, Oregon. They win their next 3 they are all of a sudden a Tournament team
Happy to finally get a heat check on Allar. I thought there was a few flashes with him last year at times between some of the very bad play. The flashes have been more consistent this year in my eyes, and the improved environment around him has seemed to be a help to him (even if it’s still not a great WR core). Gonna come down to the big games (esp. OSU) this year, but if he can keep this up, really think he will earn some proper draft consideration
Would love to know your guys thoughts on Shedeur Sanders this year! Colorado feels like they're a better team this year and might be in Big 12 contention
i think we should evaluate QB's in context more often, and Drew Allar is interesting in his case because on one hand i think there's 9-10 draft eligible QBs, who are more natural arm talents than him but at the same i think there's certain guys historically, who we do a disservice to their arm strength by calling them Strong armed QB's, drews velocity itself is like a standout trait in this class and i would say it verges on being a Evaluation Transcendent special quality in the sense that he can dart that ball to fit fit in any window anywhere, he has a real gift for it and it's early he doesnt have many start he doesn't have a big amount of experience with it, yes there are better more well rounded players at his position. but there are also times when a dude like this so phenomenal at one thing (his bullet passing in this scenario) that when you also account for the HWS ratio being in his favor, and him being an elite physical specimen. it may allow him to be as effective as most prospects while he develops the rest of his game, i only say this because i'm of the mind that certain NFL teams, that rhyme with the name clients and science may potentially get tunnel vision about him as a franchise QB early day 1 of the draft regardless of where everyone else would rank him just because his traits fit a specific type of quota.
Can we give Chris Paul Jr some flowers? ILB from Ole Miss (transfer from Ark). 6'1" 235lbs. The only off-ball linebacker with 3 seasons of below 10% miss tackle rate. Consensus 176 on MDB. Georgia game coming Nov 9. That's a game to watch.
Wonder y’all’s thoughts on Tyrion Ingram Dawkins DE at UGA, highly recruited out of high school, dealt with some injury stuff but I think is having a great year as a first time full time starting pretty much, rushing upside in particular. More of a hand in the dirt DE than an edge. Also some of the other UGA Dline guys besides Mykel and Stackhouse such as Christian Miller and Warren Brinson both show flashes
While Drew Allar has taken some steps, do you have any concern about the over 3 Second Time to Throw? My interpretation this year has been a bit different. He is going downfield, but the reason I still can't credit his going downfield and avoiding turnovers is that to me, it looks like he's just hanging on in the pocket whenever something isn't wide open and then taking a check 4 seconds in. Obviously there's some positive to that, but he has one of the highest TTTs for a non-mobile QB and he is extremely non-mobile. So any concern about the TTT or the fact that UCLA and WVU are a bit soft on defense?
Can yall give TE Jack Velling from Michigan State a watch, former 3 star transferred from Oregon State and/or Jarquez Hunter from Auburn, he’s an absolute stud who has played meaningful games all 4 years in college and he is second in the SEC in YPC with players with 50+ carries? Love the show and yall always are a must watch during the school day
Is Jack bech from tcu the next overachiever receiver for Sean McVay?? Transfer from LSU. Big body, plays the position well, catches with his hands away from his body, finishes plays. Might not test crazy in workouts, but he just plays like a rostered NFL receiver. Dane Brugler was on The Athletic Football Show the other day, and seemed to indicate that teams view the top two tackles (presumably Campbell and Banks) as likely NFL guards. What do you guys think of that? Brugler definitely has ears to the ground, so I wonder how that might affect the draft.
Hey Trevor, maybe you can get me one of those fancy PFF jobs after you're finally coming around to what I've been saying since the end of last year. Ward, Milroe, and Allar will be the first three quarterbacks drafted. Jayden Higgins is another guy I love too, He's been my "Washington won't be bad enough to draft McMillain" consolation price.
