Looking at his assets and net worth, one can assume safely that he would not have done so.

Prosecution has to prove beyond reasonable doubt to a jury of 12 assembled to adjudicate. Vivek's cacophony has no credence other than fetching him some air time on national television and adoration on propaganda networks.
