It may vary for different types of RCCP. Better to ask the manufacturer. Here in matarbari, for internal mortar mixture: Cement:Sand:Admixture:Water:Silica Powder = 20kg:38kg:5L:5L:3.9kg
External Mortar: Cement:Sand:Admixture:Water= 40kg:132kg:14L:20L
...
There is no fixed ratio, it also depends on Masons skill and comfort
