It was remarkable to see pieces in your wardrobe we are familiar with, and notice how all the shades of tan, gold, caramel beige, blue, and red went with each other. Plus, this capsule-within-a-capsule showed the importance of having a solid core of pieces in neutral colors that will glue and frame the more "eye catching" pieces: the handbags, boots, jackets, sweaters, athletic shoes, button up shirts, coats...everything seemed to flow together with the satiny, ultra feminine skirt. I have a light blue slip skirt with the same bias cut. You gave me lots of ideas for styling it. Along those same lines, I picked up a long black pencil skirt in a stretchy, athletic wear fabric. I'm really excited about. Wearing a comfortable skirt instead of pants is kinda radical these days.
