Well done! The assist for me (Level 1 30% power) gets turned on whenever I used to shift down to the smallest ring on my old steel road bikes with triple crank. The rest of the time I'm riding at Level 0 using the Pulsar 1 to monitor things. I fear no hill too steep or ride too long, if I overdo it that gentle push is always there. I now have 2 X35 gravel bikes + an X20-equipped one. My wife has 2 X35 gravel bikes + an X35 road bike. Two of the X35 bikes have been updated at pro shops, the others worked just fine and have no issues. Seems like we need to charge them maybe once-a-month. Sadly X35 is gone but I'm hoping the X30 replacement is just as good or better!
X30 is newer. According the characteristics it's better. But you have to try and test everything yourself. I am glad that you are happy with your bikes.
