I love Lea Salonga. She's the best technical singer in the Philippines. No one can beat her vocal technique here in the ph. She never strains/screams her voice to reach high notes like many ph singers
CCJ CCJ I Mean, She is almost never Strain when sustaining high notes above C5 like so many ph singer. Most Ph singer(female) can only support high notes up to C5. So I think she's the best technical singer in the Ph. And about 4:35 LOL The notes is already so high, Not even Gaga can resonate notes that high ... .. What I know is Lea can only support and resonate notes up to D5 or maybe Eb5..

Technically very adept singing and interpretation of the song by Lea Salonga. But the RAW emotion of Lady Gaga losing her best friend to cancer the morning of the take in the film can never be recaptured, even by LG herself.

Her impeccable enunciation of lyrics, mastery of breath control, knowledge of musicality and discipline have allowed her to be so consistent.
