Shawn, it was pretty simple. I used 1 piece of 1-1/2 inch angle iron on each end of the tailgate and drilled them out on the bottom all the way through the tailgate end caps. I ran a 1/2" piece of rebar through the entire tailgate and drilled and pinned the ends of that to hold the angle to the tailgate. Then I bolted the angle pieces completely through the wall into my garage and through another piece of angle that runs from one bolt to the other so the entire wall is holding the weight. I plan on doing a video when the weather cools off to show the complete process. Thanks.
