  • The game of cornhole is not only quickly becoming more and more popular but also it is becoming a quick easy project that can be completed by a woodworker of any level. This makes for a great early project that can be completed with minimal hand tools but can also be make extremely cool with some extra thought. Well here is my version. i wanted to make something really really cool and unique as it is a gift so i decided to do something a little or should i say a good bit different than any other set of cornhole boards out there. Using the CNC and some epoxy resin i make these cool looking boards and here is how I made them.

JPayne, what was the sealer u used before flood coating the boards with epoxy? I would like to try that process instead of seal coating with thin coats of epoxy..

Great project and thank you for sharing. A question though, did you fill out the entire carved out area with epoxy? Is your board completely flat now? Once again, a very nice project.

Is the resin going to have issues if left in hot sun?
