  • Movement is vital for all things, especially physical health. The body knows how to work, release, use, purge, burn and heal itself especially in a high energetically charged state.
    I enjoy high intensity interval sets, powerhouse with multiple muscle groups working together. This is also good for the mind, multitasking can build new pathways.
