Started in 2014 NaNoWriMo, shelved it, 2nd draft started in 2019 but shelved, starting up again with consistent daily writing and a plan using a lot of what you explain here. The entire 1st draft was basically just creating the characters and all the plot is virtually scrapped, and I'm keeping the characters' essence but adapting for the new version of the story.
