That ending is heartbreaking but ALSO so freaking amazing! Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes will release in early July so be sure to be on the look out for that reaction coming soon! Thanks or watching this trilogy with me! -Cole
Bad Ape was hella funny in this movie. This ending was tragic but I agree, this was the perfect send off for Caesar. Maurice was my favorite among the other apes. Excited to see you react to Pirates of the Carribean. 🙌🏼
Bad Ape just needed some love! I hope he had a happy life with the Caesar pack lol. My head canon has Maurice as the leader after Caesar’s death so the valley of peace should be thriving after Caesar’s passing. And I’m hype for Pirates! This has been pretty hyped up so I’m expecting a great adventure!
I'm so glad you loved this trilogy! I agree about not wanting to milk this specific franchise, but at the same time I will always wish we had more time with Caesar. He was an amazing character. I know that this film was more dark with it's themes, but I think it makes the film feel more like a historical epic/drama than an ending film for a franchise, which is really cool. Acting in this one was top tier. Steve Zahn, who played Bad Ape, did an amazing job. I saw Kingdom in theaters and I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about it with a brand new set of characters. But I really loved the main character, Noa, and I hope you do too. It does take place at least 300 years later and (despite what people say) Noa is NOT related to Caesar. The film is about Caesar's legacy, but not through bloodline. I was also glad to see that just as much thought went into Kingdom as the previous films. The cast is very passionate in interviews and has a great understanding of their characters. Not to mention, they went to ape school to learn how to do the performance capture, which is fascinating. They got the mannerisms and posture and everything 😆 Anyways, I also wanted to say I appreciate hearing your thoughts about the film-making as well. I completely agree that this film might have the best VFX I have ever seen. The facial expressions are amazing. Fun fact though, they did build the sets for the ski lodge and the majority of the military compound. So a lot of those details are real, which is awesome. Sorry this is so long! But I look forward to whatever you watch next. Hope you have a good day!
This one made me get emotional on several occasions not only in the end sometimes scenes like the apes showing Caesar that they are still loyal to him or when Rocket takes a risk for the little girl and then asks Caesar if he feels better now. They made my eyes water but they were tears of something beautiful
Bruh....I cried 3 times during this movie The Start when Caesar's Son and Wife died When Luca Died and When Caesar Died this movie hits right in the feels.
This was a pretty brave departure from what Dawn did, and while it’s not my favorite film I really respect what they did and most of it works pretty well
I really like the addition of Bad Ape, and I think they created that character with a clear intention, they knew they were going to introduce us in a very dark and depressive journey 💔
This movie almost had me a few times but I kept it together somehow! Knowing Caesar found peace after leading the homies made me so happy though!! Glad you enjoyed watching along with me and thanks for the love!! I’m always happy to see a comment from you ❤️🙏
In a deleted scene in War. Malcolm who was in Dawn went to see the coronel to tell him to not go t war and leave Caesar and the apes alone but the coronel killed Malcolm instead. 😘🏴
I’m glad we didn’t see Malcolm die because I would’ve been so sad. There was already too many gut punches in this one! But cool to know so thank you for letting me know!!
This movie broke my heart and destroyed me so badly. Had to put off watching this reaction as can't help but break down again when my baby dies. Caesar is a legend and the greatest ape who ever lived. Also, u forget that apes around the world can be infected by human contact, ones who are infected by the 1.13 virus made apes smart. I think it's devasting and too much killing off so many, especially Caesar's eldest son who would remember his father and his legacy without being told about it. Notice how the girl Nova shed no tears for her dead father but cried so much for Luca the gorilla, that's very telling. Honestly htis move makes me so depressed, it's too hard to watch from start to finish. Caesar could never be like Koba, even when hes out for vengance it's justified. Caesar only wanted to avenge his families murder, he didn't blame all humanity for it like Koba or kill other apes for nothing. I love Maurice and Luca and Rocket too but nobody is better than my 💚Caesar💚
I will watch the Hobbit closer to the time of the new LotR movie later this year! And it’s an honor to be your favorite UA-camr ❤️🙏 it’s means a lot! I hope you enjoyed the video!
Thank you for reacting to this trilogy, I know is not appreciated enough like other trilogies that are commercially more "popular" But not everything popular is equivalent to "good" and these movies don't need that to show how incredible they are.
We witnessed his birth, watched him grow, become a leader, raise a family and then die as a hero and a legend. This is why Caesar is one of the best protagonists ever. And the best part is that you don’t have to be an ape to relate to Caesar’s struggles, his loses, his happiness and what he strives to do.
The death of blue eyes impacted me,I mean I knew they had to do something like that to make Caesar would finally stop having mercy for humans and would only want revenge. but I didn't think it was going to be so early in the movie 💔
Hi welcome to the final part of the trilogy and Caesars story. I adore this tragedy and Caesar and the other apes Rocket, Maurice etc. I can’t wrap my head around why this trilogy is criminally unappreciated and underrated. I hope you stocked up on tissues for this one it’s going to be rough thank god Bad Ape is there to lighten the mood. I look forward to your reaction to Kingdom. I’ve seen it twice at the cinema and loved it. Noa is a great character with lots of potential. He’s so like Caesar sometimes. 5th july it comes to streaming. R.I.P. Bright Eyes, Buck (Rise) 💔😭🤧 Ash and all the apes that Koba got killed (Dawn ) 💔😭🤧 and finally Caesar, Blue Eyes, Cornelia, Winter, Red (gorilla donkey) and Lukka who gave Nova the flower (War) ❤️💔😭🤧 Thankyou for watching the full trilogy most give up at Rise. Take care 😘🏴 #ApesTogetherStrong ❤️ #CaesarNeverForgotten❤️💔😭🤧 ❤️ #TeamNoa (Kingdom) ❤️ Caesars death always makes me cry even at the cinema when i saw it the first time.

I've seen all 10 Planet Of The Apes movies; the original from 1968 & its 4 sequels, the reimagined movie, & the 4 reboot movies. There is 1 element in particular I love about this movie that always bothered me about the original franchise. In the 3rd movie from the original franchise we learn that a virus wiped out all pets so humans trained apes as pets & servants, but then in the 4th movie they rose up against the humans. Over time the apes got smart which led to the events of the original 1968 movie, but it was never explained how or why humans became dumber than the apes. Here, it's explained that the virus that made apes smart while wiping out most of the human population mutated & started making the human survivors dumb, which was a clever explaination to that problem I always had about the original 1968 movie.
@@christianauldridge1264 COLE DONT READ! if you look up anything about it it says it never says he’s descended from Caesar. Also he has no clue who Caesar is nor does his tribe.
I am an old school Planet of the apes fan. I grew up watching the originals. I absolutely love this trilogy. It is the best ever, in my opinion. I throughly enjoyed your reaction. the fact that all this war was started by koba 😭 and at the same time he was very right about how dangerous it would be for the apes that humans star having power again.
After this movie there were many people who think to this day that Koba was absolutely right about humans, it's just that his way of doing things was not correct. Even so, I think that Koba was not a good leader, he was more of a tyrant, Caesar was much superior.
I don’t sit well with this ending, I’m someone who for something like this needs a happy ending. It’s one thing with a saw like franchise, but we deserved a happy ever after for Caesar, I am aware that it made it what it is but DAMN
I would have enjoyed knowing he lived and thrived for years to come, but I also think it was a way to ensure the franchise didn’t go stale. It sounds like Kingdom of the apes continued the story in a unique way so hopefully they at least pay respect to Caesar.

So much darker,but great too.
Many emotions with "war" 🥺💔
Maurice is my favorite too!
Winter was a really cool name 👌
