even for a normal bedroom setting, the filters suck. after two years of use with regular stock filter maintenance, i needed to clean the coils and fan blades which were filled with moldy dust build up. i'm considering making a filter box for it now. it's a little ugly but so worth the practicality.
way to destroy your system. You're introducing resistance that the system was never built for, you're making your fan work harder and it will fail sooner, hope it's worth it, each head is about $1000. You are much much better off just building a Comparetto cube.
It literally has its own filters
Not good enough to capture the sawdust in a woodshop. It'll gunk up and cause the unit to stop working.
