    This just depends on mood…. Describing the moodiness
    Can relate to all

    I am definitely on the "Harmonizing" side. I am creative too, but I am also an empath. I feel everything, I can feel what others are feeling, and I can "know" exactly what they're going through and how it feels, even if I haven't experienced the same thing. I can read moods and I'm very sensitive to changes in vibes, energies, and tones.
    All my life, I've been acting as a counsellor and therapist for people, even strangers I just met online. I've helped people get over depression, suicidal thoughts and actions, and even bipolar in one case. This often involves sacrificing by own needs, such as giving up sleep, putting my own problems aside, and taking on all of their pain (because I can feel it just as deeply as they do).
    All I want is to bring peace and love wherever I go, and make the world a nicer and happier place for everyone. I care about everyone, I can't not care. And I am deeply upset by any violence and problems in the world such as war, famine, poverty, discrimination, injustice, and greed. I just want to tear down these corrupt systems and make the world fair for everybody.
    Yet, despite being so loving, and so giving, I am usually misunderstood and somehow even seen as selfish, especially when I finally do advocate for myself and ask for the same love and effort I give so freely to be returned. I struggle with saying no, or setting any kinds of boundaries, and I can't just cut people off when they take advantage of me.
    I see the best in everyone, and see their full potential, and I just want to keep trying to help them to see that what they're doing is wrong. It's hard for me to understand that not everybody has a heart like mine, but I just can't bring myself to give up on people because I care too much.

      @questinpodcast I'm happy I found your video as well, and I will definitely check out some of your other videos ^^
      It's hard not to feel lonely and out of place in this world, but it always really means a lot to me when I find someone who feels the same way, or understands what it's like 😊🩷🩵

      Same… But the mix of holistic & analytical sometimes just makes things unnecessarily complicated to the point that I just let the “F”go wild. Cuz if not, the “F” is the one who’s gonna make me regret things later.

    This was cool. I like the last bit about "variants" rather than "sub-types" because I found myself thinking that I inhabit all of the sub-types depending on mood or situation. So I am relieved I don't have to choose just one! :-) #infj

    Thanks for this interesting video! It helps explain why my other INFJ friend and I are so different in our executive ability and demeanor, although clearly both Ni-doms and Feelers. She fits into the INFJ-D description whereas I'm INFJ-H. We get along very well and can understand the other's perspective but definitely have very different strengths, approaches, and points of view.

      so glad that it clarified this difference between you & your friend for you! =)
      it’s a fun framework that adds a bit more nuance to the 16 types & the work of Dr. Nardi with the brain stuff makes it even more awesome to see the neural networks reflecting an observable difference
      Thank you for checking out the video!!!

    Thankyou for this video. Its very simple and cute. Now I know why Im not as assertive about my values and ideals like other INFJs. I can't relate either to being EVERYONE'S unofficial therapist, just a little. I think I have a bit of Creative and Harmonizing side of me. However, my Normalizing side might be the reason why Ive been mistyped as an ISTJ or INTJ before in my life

    Thank you for sharing your insights to the book and knowledge of subtypes. I’m all four that you explained. Tbh, people like to create labels to explain who/what we are and that we are special in some way, shape, or form. But in reality, being authentic, vulnerable, respectful are the keys to a “happier” life. But the most important thing to remember is having a gratitude attitude that will help you reflect and be mindful. It’s that easy but the hard part is the work to heal yourself. Life’s a journey just enjoy the process. 🙌❤️🌞🪷☯️☮️

    How do I understand if I'm a D, C, N, or H?
    I mean, is it based on which of The Cognitive Functions of the INFJ are more dominant or is it based on something else?
    If I'm for example an INFJ Assertive with:
    Energy: 85% Introverted
    Mind: 92% Intuitive
    Nature: 75% Feeling
    Tactics: 75% Judging
    What kind of INFJ am I?

    • @questinpodcast
      @questinpodcast  7 місяців тому +1

      Hi, did you get these test results from the 16personalities website? Do you feel that you are an INFJ personality type?
      DCNH theory would be like which flavor of INFJ you embody. At different times in your life, you might experience one while at another you may experience another. Not based on cognitive functions. Dario Nardi's work correlated it to neural patterns observed in EEG brain research.

      Oh Hi!
      I did take this test and did other tests beyond that, and I also feel that I am INFJ.
      According to the types shown in the video, I am more creative, but from what I understand all my other qualities change according to different situations in life.
      I guees I could call myself as INFJ CNHD.
      Thank you for the information and help. 🥰❤

    Damn I am all of them.. but I have 1 infj friend who is lil bit more social than me and shy too.. am I infj -D coz I am more confident than him.?

    • @questinpodcast
      @questinpodcast  8 місяців тому +2

      Hmm, hard to say without knowing the full picture
      Dario Nardi definitely emphasizes that we switch out between the subtypes in our personality, though we might favor one them over the others
      Maybe it’s easier to understand when you think of different scenarios that activate the different sides of you, or with different people you feel a certain level of effortless confidence & socialness versus others
