Because very slow and punishable moves when the opponent is good at punishing and reading and if you get into a close range fist fight JP is losing no doubt. But if you're good with defense and being patient he can easily win but the mental stack will get the best of you and hes not the character you can risk letting someone like ken or Luke be in your face.
