Beautiful video, forgot how to play off-ball correctly after developing lazy habits. Good to read the fundamentals again and ready to instil these again in the game.
It’s also just so much easier to move around without a ball, you can make the same moves, fake a defender one way then make a cut, reject a screen offball and go directly to the basket, make the whole game easier for your team
Everybody wants to be good at dribbling but not moving without the ball. I always like it when someone could handle the ball. I could score more easily than having the ball and creating plays. If you have a selfish teammate it's better to handle the ball yourself. That's why getting good at everything is important.
Coach please make a video on defense again! I need to learn how to position my feet when being backed down, and also how to not bite on hesi and crossovers.
Great stuff!Young players don’t understand that if you can run all day, know how to get open and have a decent shot you can play basketball at a high level
The exchange and cutting to get others open at 8:40 is a good reminder for me to keep trying to move off ball. I usually get frustrated when I make the effort to cut and screen for others but never get the ball and kind of give up moving and end up getting back early to defend the fastbreak.
Omg this is 100% the best basketball film video I’ve ever watched. You make it so easy to understand. And these movements are going to help so much in game. Thank you.
Every time I see a new video I’m like “hehehehe I showtime!” When I’m ‘n the NBA coach Frikki is one of those people I remember. Plz do a mid-range one 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I wanna bring the mid-range back in the game 😢❤ PLEASE COACH
Always keep moving, set screens, fill corners, slide up down, give teammates space, move away when passing the ball, dont be lazy without the ball, bump up, cut, fill behind, backdoor cut, baseline cut...
this video couldnt have come at a better time ❤❤ i’m trying to make the team in my high school and realised theres something called offball movement. there are youtube videos but they’re not very good, thanks coach 🎉
Frikki channel feels like coming to the truth of the film room no matter what bravado and shit talking I've witnessed during runs. The calm soundtracks help
for people that plays mostly pickup cutting is one of the worst moves i've master no one will pass you (super rarely they have the vision to do so) and you run alot cutting for no reason :D
I just got back to playing ball with ppl. And this off ball movement is had forgotten about completely. Was feeling so lost out there as to when to cut.

Off ball movement is truly underrated, you can be truly deadly with the combination of basic fundamentals in basketball 💯🔥
It’s also just so much easier to move around without a ball, you can make the same moves, fake a defender one way then make a cut, reject a screen offball and go directly to the basket, make the whole game easier for your team
Words aint enough how much I thank you Coach for your vids,it helped me a lot as a player to improve my skills and how to play smartly and selflessly.
