Learn to set off ball screens getting a teammate open or getting the switch to a bad defender is usually more important than screening for the guy with the ball

It’s also just so much easier to move around without a ball, you can make the same moves, fake a defender one way then make a cut, reject a screen offball and go directly to the basket, make the whole game easier for your team

The exchange and cutting to get others open at 8:40 is a good reminder for me to keep trying to move off ball. I usually get frustrated when I make the effort to cut and screen for others but never get the ball and kind of give up moving and end up getting back early to defend the fastbreak.

  • @kaiothan3722

Everybody wants to be good at dribbling but not moving without the ball. I always like it when someone could handle the ball. I could score more easily than having the ball and creating plays. If you have a selfish teammate it's better to handle the ball yourself. That's why getting good at everything is important.

Yo coach , at 7:34 , the cut by Curry isnt going to be considered a good cut in Europe I think, since us,it is all about the bigs playing...so if we cut while our big is operating ESPECIALLY in that situation that close...a huge no no

@@Largetacos bcs most of the times bigs are dribbling, trying to post up their big, so they arent necessarily looking. Plus, most of the time the defense is playing in a zone, which leaves no good room for cuts
