@@CyberLotus2you are right, diamonds are an inflated market, people who think diamonds are investment should watch documentaries on Nirav modi on how diamond value is manipulated. That is the reason there are always offers on diamond but u will never see these offers on gold.
Each jeweller has their own pricing and buy back price is according to what u paid at time of purchase.
Also u need to go back to same jeweller with certificate and bill unlike gold which can be sold universally at standard market price. Malabar India doesn’t buy back diamond jewellery from Malabar Dubai 😑.
Wait for few more years lab grown diamonds will flood the market.
