You don't have to go out to enjoy the flavors of take-out. I will show you how to make beef broccoli at home, Panda Express style. Not only will making this easy beef broccoli stir fry recipe at home save you time and money, I think it tastes better. Say no thanks to the prepackaged mystery seasoning. Grab some oyster sauce instead, it is the secret missing ingredient that many are not aware of. With a little prep time, you can have this super quick panda-style take-out on the table in just a few minutes! I hope you will give this one a try. Thank you so much for watching!
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
Meat marinade: 0:10
1/2 Tbs baking soda
1 Tbs cornstarch
1 overflowing Tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbs toasted sesame seed oil
1 head of broccoli, blanch & shock 2:25
Sauce: 3:09
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1 Tbs cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Stir fry 5:06
Serve over steamed rice, top with sesame seed & enjoy.

I am super picky about what meats I eat so I don't usually like the beef but I always order this when we go out for Chinese food and split it with my husband because I love the way that the broccoli tastes after being cooked together. I'll have to show him this so we can try making it at home!
