To sum up from my perspective we should do the following: 1- Physical Movement - any sport like running 2- Mental Stimulation - seems to me like doing something a little harder than what you're used to as to workout our brains 3- Social Engagement 4- Stress Management - more stress than normal - continonous stress - will ruin your goals 5- Diet & Nutrition 6- Sleep, & Mental Rest - every machine needs a rest to keep high quality products * Change is hard, but it worth it. * Do not try to accomplish many goals at the same time, do it one by one according to priority. * "It has to be a team effort" - maybe do the previous with others who want to have a healthy brain.

Gosh. Someone steps out of the "5 steps to prevent cognitive decline" and it's a bucket of dog poo... Despite not being as concrete as I'm used to, it was very inspiring. And kind of sad to think he said this in 2014, and 4 years later people aren't the wiser, and therefore, still powerless.
