Lovely video. I have had a life-long love affair with Nepal and have been lucky enough to visit 10 times. My fondest memory though has to be, in 2003 myself and a friend were trekking from Jiri to the Everest region. The route is very quiet now generally plus it was January so even quieter. We were in Khari Khola and after we had eaten supper, we were invited by the lodge owners to come to the small monestary where they were celebrating Losar (I believe) Anyway, after a while, the festivities kind of ended and we began to make our way out. It was then that we heard some music. We walked around the side of the monestary and there were a small group, dancing and generally getting down to the Venga-boys on a portable stereo. Most were in traditional robes. It was utterly surreal!! (but amazing and so typically "Nepal". ) One of the happiest memories of my entire life!
Nepal is very beautiful and safe country. It hasn't been explored properly. Peoples are so kind and friendly. If we want happiness and richness in life ... It's a most perfect place to stay.

I had the chance to stay with this family in Dandame for 2 nights, and it was a really amazing experience. We enjoyed a lot the time that we spent with them! I recomend everyone to go there and learn about nepal culture ;)
