@@shekelsnatcher8504 I was thinking centering the summoning around music. A character would pop on headphones in battle and listen to music to psych themselves up, just like in 3 shooting themselves with the Evokers put them in the feeling of "life or death." Have personal individuality and collective unity be the theme of the game, like 3 had death and inevitablity, or 4 had the importance of truth, or 5 had freedom vs. security.
Fusion in the Velvet room could be done by "remixing" the Personas. Manifesting them as vinyl records or something. Each Arcana would have a genre attached to it. The catalogue of SMT and Persona music probably hits most, if not all, the genres, there's enough. Maybe even have snippets of the more iconic songs play alongside the genre.
Many genres we think of as separate originally branched off a different, older style. Have those links as a part of the background when fusing. R&B came from Blues. Jazz, classical, and country music all fused to make Rock.
Everyone likes music, but not everyone likes the same music. Have the Social Links note when you've got something they enjoy on the playlist for extra points.

Dang, the vocalist went max volume from the very beginning. He has a good voice, but... I wish it was a balanced a bit better.
I can agree, I think the overall arrangement is good, but the constant loud kind of takes away from the chorus for me.

I honestly love that you tweaked the melody at 2:50 to better fit the lyrics. It's a great example of being faithful to the original without slavishly following it to the letter.
