Minatozy there’s actually a glitch where you can hide all players and you will automatically be hidden from others. I found it while in another’s stable, I was trying on clothes in the global store then they left so I was kick out, and when I came out I couldn’t see anyone but they could see me. Chat filter still worked. This was about a month ago though, so I’m not sure if it still works.

Sso is probably reluctant to release the “try a horse” feature because everyone would find glitches to get the horse for “free” and ride it around Jorvik

Kaylen Mirzaian , ya I agree, and they can just ride the horse in the arena whenever they want in the arena instead of buying the horse!!
I think it would probs be a cut scene kinda thing to test the gaits.
Maybe they could make it so that you would have to pay to test ride them. I know that would be really annoying but it would probably help, even though people would probably still find some sort of way to test them for free xD

I feel like 2020 is gonna be some of sso's best years, I have been really pleased with the updates so far this year, but I have also been disapointted with the game for a long time but this seems promising!

The new NPC is not relevant anymore it came out like 3-4 years ago in the Swedish Starstable news letter. They have answered this awhile ago that she won’t come to the game because they scrapped her

1:39 We can’t be sure that they are Quarter horses from that, sso is known to get some breeds a little off from the real horse, and a lot of western horses have the same stop. This could literally be any horse, while it being a quarter is highly probable, as we’ve asked for updated AQH’s for ages and they would be linked to the Western theme we may be wrong. On the note of the Western update, I’m honestly pretty nervous. It’s being called the ‘Wild West’ update and as a western rider, I am personally worried it will be full of over stereotypical characters and just crazy ‘western’ stuff.
Yes. A lot of western riders have accents, but not every single western rider talks like a hick. Yes. There actually are Cowboys and Cowgirls, but they aren’t anything like you see on TV and in books. Like in Josh’s original quests his dialog was poorly representing western riders. Also, I swear if all the Western NPCs have the Hackamore, I might scream.
From the head that looks like an AQH to me, what other western horse could it be?
With the new western tack and new area where the pole bending will be, it's probably the AQH. Besides, with the old quarter horses, some are appys and paints so it'll probably go down the same rout with the new ones
JoJo Potato Well with the new style of horses I don’t think they’ll copy the models. I mean they may pull the same stunt as they did with the Knabstruppers, but they won’t do exact copies.

@@laylarosebird7140 eh, the knabstrupper and andalusian are related irl so it kinda makes sense they're similar in game. But if sso used the andalusian model for a quarter horse that would not make any sense 😂

We still have those quest items too that are definitely placeholder furniture peices, -not to mention the store in jorvik city. Linda's room definitely tells me that the sso team is working on indoor environments/houses.

I think it's really interesting to note that that bosel isn't a raw hide but made out of braided rope. It's a much more soft and flexible bosel and I love it so much😊 I got my big TB boy Boon a blue one.

Ekkkkk! I'm sooo excited! I'm a barrel racer irl and for the past few years of sso it seemed like they were against western and they weren't getting the respect we needed! Now we have western tack, area, and a new AQH. I am so happy western riding is getting the respect it deserves because English riding isn't the only type of riding.
Just a tip from a past Reiner 1:50 the horse is actually backing not trotting. We teach them to drop their head and back :) but otherwise great video!!

If anyone wants a translate of what the new NP thingy says then here it goes;
Concept art is what the illustrations that're being brought out by artists (concept artists) to present a new idea to the game visually; it can be about characters, buildings, environment, and clothes, amongst other things. It's usually about bringing on a lot of different variations, before you decide on the finished result. There works 3 concept artists on starstable and on these pages you'll get to see how their work have looked when creating put newest charachter to the game; Mazarin! [pronounced as - Maasaareen-]
Mazarin is a witch in training that's from the other side of jorwik. When Mazarin first began in Witchschool it was mrs Holdsworth that wsa her mentor.. You'll meet Mazarin for the first time in sso when you'll be trying to save Fripp with Linda.
Mapoleon is the name of Mazarins constant companion; a cool savannah cat (please don't buy savannahs that're less than f6) that Mazarin can transform into a horse when she needs to! Practical, dont you think?!

I actually saw a spoiler version of the halters, bit less bridles, and saddles in the form of a glitch. Anne’s Andalusian was super glitched out for me and for some reason I could see it wearing a halter, some kind of bridle, and then the bit less bridle. It was also wearing a new western saddle as well as two English saddles. I don’t know what all was actually “unreleased” tack but the spectacle was pretty weird and cool. The horse was just a gray shadow looking thing with different styles of mane and tales mixed together, some of them had that color like the texture still wasn’t loaded in yet. One of the other npc horses was the same. It was trippy, man.
Oh yeah, there was a new type of leg wrap, too.

I’m so happy about halters. Hopefully we can use a lead rope because I’ve been using a brown bridle as a “halter.” I’m also happy about the horse boots! I saw them in the quarter horse trailer and on Josh and I’ve been happy since! I can’t wait for hackamores either, I personally don’t use bits in real life so this is really cool!

theres a way to hide all players, go to your homestable and stand next to the door, open the shop and open your homestable door, then close the shop and you dont see anyone. when you open a real shop or call for pickup you can see everyone again
I’m a little worried for the report player addition. If someone is new, or just wants to be annoying or doesn’t like you, they could report you for no reason, saying we did something bad, which could result in banning.
Has there been anything said about the new shop in plaza square (sorry if that’s the wrong place or if it’s not called that) but the shop is next to jollister and it has furniture in it, with a sign saying coming soon are we getting homes or apartments?🤔
wouldnt it be nice to have a personalized storage bin for each of the horses??? like for the halters, we could put those in the bins/storage icon for a specific horse so we dont lose it.
I luv the updated Quarter horses already but my only complaint is that SSO made the models look like they ONLY do Western and not English as well
One of my favorite hidden areas is “not everything hidden is bones”. So, dino is called the valley of the hidden dinosaur and everyone assumes the skeleton’s the hidden dinosaur but with this bit of text means that the hidden dinosaur isn’t bones, it’s more then just a skeleton of a dinosaur! I just think it’s really cool to point out
There is way to go there and its a dinosaur nest, there is nothing there yet so its most likely a place holder
About the new NPC, it seems like we'll meet her for the first time when we're going to save Fripp together with Linda? Then will it be after we collect all Catherine's memories (you know all 15) or before collecting only the other 5 of them?
I'm also not surprised about Josh being there for Lisa's father doing a ranch based on her and Starshine because in the star shine legacy were Josh also went to the same school as the soul riders he had shown a lot of interest for Lisa and she did as well so it's not only Anne and Derek y'all :D

I actually have discovered Hidden Dinosaurs Nest.. It's not very interesting but you can see what looks like the entrance to a big valley.
Me and my friend found that secret area that says ,,not everything is hidden in the bones” i know it is weird but it was behind the tree. (You have to jump there)

I’m really excited for a western style ranch/area however I feel like it’s going too busy to fully enjoy for a little while, as is the case with almost every new area. I feel like, at least for me, western is a escape, and a time to relax and the massive influx of people will ruin it for a little while. Not a complaint hehe, just a observation.
