This is the by far the best Advanced, Akshan Guide, even surpassing these of Dobby. What sealed the Deal for me is how you showed these extremely useful swings to get the most out of E. There is no other source on UA-cam to research these spots. The little infinite E bugs in the jungle are getting more popular but you are the first one i saw using these in midlane to push faster. You seem to have a sense of humor and i guess these little baby jokes here and there make it easier to watch altough i would watch it only for the information.
Thanks! Because there are a bazillion places where Akshan can make a big swing at, I tried showing only the spots that I think are most useful. In hindsight, I probably also should've added this spot: the boulder/tree at the raptor camp can be used to get from the raptor camp to mid lane turret faster.
Well most Akshan otp's knew them, but they don't put them there cause it's gonna be fixed next patch. Riot said many times "we don't like this E usage". So thx for destroying this mechanic for us... yaaay...
If you guys need correct terms for the infinite spins: You have to buffer the rightclick before the hook is connected to the wall. Basically, if you are at the point where you can decide if you wanna go left or right, it's already too late. The big difference is, if you are too close to a wall, Akshan will be pushed away from the wall when the hook is connected. If you right click before your hook is connected, this step is skipped, making it possible to do an infinite spin. It will never work without buffering the rightclick. It mostly doesn't matter if you swing clockwise or counter-clockwise so just use E + rightclick at the same time, you are good to go in that regard. Also amazing video, being able to do the infinite consistently is such a great feeling ingame. Can you do the walljumps consistently (70 - 100% of the time) or are you just showing that they are possible? I tried them and it does work sometimes but its really really difficult and I can't imagine them working in a real game when needed fast without a setup longer than 5 seconds.
Thanks LeWhiteKey XD I have some favorite wall jumping spots where I am confident in doing in the game (e.g. the one shown at 3:30) but I am not confident in doing all of them. Maybe if I practiced them enough I could be more comfortable wall jumping everywhere but like for example the wall jump at the baron pit is something I only do when I'm caught out-sometimes there's no better option but to gamble and hope I make it over the wall :)
Note: they patched a few things since the making of this video. Note 2: useful e spot I forgot to mention in the video: the boulder/tree at the raptor camp can be used to get from the raptor camp to mid lane turret faster. Note 3: for the infinite swing, do not wait for your champion to get pushed backwards before casting your second e. "Keep in mind that we must cast our second E immediately after the first cast in order to get this to work." Basically just stand at that spot and swing immediately like 1mm beside that spot E right click.

@@Menaki E right click isn't mentioned enough. I immediately got it working with this because I was pressing E - E to activate the swing immediately, but that is apparently too slow no matter how fast you try to do it. Might be worth mentioning
i think they somehow patched the 0:44 spot i had trained the spot really well but now on 1.18 i cant make it anymore its something im doing wrong ore yall have teh same problem?
If it the infinite small swing thing? Do not wait for your champion to get pushed backwards before casting your second e. "Keep in mind that we must cast our second E immediately after the first cast in order to get this to work." E right click
You can prioritize practicing the spots in the section "use our grappling hook like Rapunzel's hair." Even if you can't get the exact position for these spots, you can still make a somewhat big swing which will help you move around the map.
Ngl, you're extremely better than me. Even having mastery VII with 860k points. I'm still dumb about how to E and that infinite swing/spin like Sonic, but ty for this guide, I've been looking for that perfect guide since his E reworked.😊. I hope i'll annoy the enemy jungler that muuuch at lvl.1😂.

Really fun, helpful guide. Thank you. :)
Glad it was helpful!
they patched it! so if you're getting damage, E is not infinite
Just saw the patch note. It was fun while it lasted XD

its working. Click on the leaf in the middle. The most important is the position of akshan
i just fucking cant get the 2nd swing variant in nash pit to work ffs. Am I rly THIS dense???? 💀
